Hey Mate, I am well. Hope you are doing good too! Don't worry since worry never helps - your package is already there so its up to them now. However I still remember telling you to discuss in detail with Shah2014 - he had given you some preliminary feedback. I really wished if you had listed then, as I too wanted you to leave no stone unturned. But now I guess let's wait and watch dear. Good luck!

PS - I always knew two issues besides cap-full for which applications would return would be:

1- Job duties mismatch in reference letter vis-à-vis NOC guide

2- CC problems especially from developing countries like India, so I kept suggesting for DD

moreover, do u know something about the criteria they are using to assess applications
as I read somewhere in forum that 21st may applicant charged before 16 th may applicant...

Hi,I am filling up the generic application form,Currently i am living in canada,my wife is in india,may i know which visa office should i select....?

i am 14 may applicant and received PER on 29 Aug, next steps to be taken are PCC (All countries) and Medicals (When requested by cic somewhere in Nov as per current trends), is there anything else that needs to be done? Online current status of my app says "In Process".

The General Information and Fee Payment form are very important forms and without signature they will definitely return your app.
1. My spouse and I forgot to sign the Additional Family Information Form. (They might give you a levy here. I think you should be fine)
2. 3 of the forms are the old version (not the new August 2014) version. (Compare your form with the latest form for differences, sometime the differences may be minor enough not to affect your app)

Seniors could comment more on this.

Actually I screwed up worse, can't believe I didn't catch this...by mistake, I signed my spouse's additional family information form, and forgot to sign mine. Seniors please advise, if I should send correct app. package right away etc.

My original application was received at CIC on Aug. 7 2014 but I just noticed that I screwed up big time Sad:
1. I signed spouse's form and forgot to sign mine -- for Additional Family Information Form.
2. 3 of the forms are the old version (not the new August 2014) version.

I have already checked that I can get another copy of my original IELTS result pretty quickly. My questions are:

1. I am assuming that my original application from August 7, 2014 will be rejected/returned? Is this 100% sure?
2. I had sent a dd for the fees, will they return that or keep it if the return the original application?
3. Should I go ahead and send another application package with the errors corrected? This time I will put a credit card instead of DD.
4. I am applying under 2171, so is there any point in sending a second application let's say by September 15, because the 1000/25000 cap will be reached?

Please help asap so I can decide how to proceed....thanks in advance.

My bank told me the International Draft that I made is valid indefinitely.

Which bank draft is this ?
i had got a draft issued by ICICI which does not have validity mentioned, implying that validity is 6 months from date of issue as confirmed by the bank. They have also said that they can extend validity if I request in future.

Need ADVICE regarding Error in my form IMM5669E, i had multiple employers and one of the "1st Alphabet" has been incorrectly mentioned in the page #2 under Section 8 Personal History of this form.

Please note i received PER on 29 Aug.

For example: Company Name: RDBMS Systems Inc
Error Name Listed in form 5669E: KDBMS Systems Inc

My consultant has said:

"As soon as file confirmation is received at CHC Delhi, communication on typo error – if any – can be informed to the high commission"

Is that the right way to approach this? Please help...!

Worry: Because of this typo error in my app, will there be extra scrutiny of my records? ?
