Indeed, I got the email from Delhi immigration office.However, My ECAS status remains the same yet. I am not sure how much time it will take to get updated.

I see too many posts where people stating that its mandatory to sign fees form. is it applicable for both modes of payment i.e. DD or CC or only just for CC?

Dear - I believe there is nothing harm in signing the doc, whatever the mode of payment is. Just enter the correct details and sign the form. You're good to go.

Actually I screwed up worse, can't believe I didn't catch this...by mistake, I signed my spouse's additional family information form, and forgot to sign mine. Seniors please advise, if I should send correct app. package right away etc.

My original application was received at CIC on Aug. 7 2014 but I just noticed that I screwed up big time Sad:
1. I signed spouse's form and forgot to sign mine -- for Additional Family Information Form.
2. 3 of the forms are the old version (not the new August 2014) version.

I have already checked that I can get another copy of my original IELTS result pretty quickly. My questions are:

1. I am assuming that my original application from August 7, 2014 will be rejected/returned? Is this 100% sure?
2. I had sent a dd for the fees, will they return that or keep it if the return the original application?
3. Should I go ahead and send another application package with the errors corrected? This time I will put a credit card instead of DD.
4. I am applying under 2171, so is there any point in sending a second application let's say by September 15, because the 1000/25000 cap will be reached?

Please help asap so I can decide how to proceed....thanks in advance.

The General Information and Fee Payment form are very important forms and without signature they will definitely return your app.
1. My spouse and I forgot to sign the Additional Family Information Form. (They might give you a levy here. I think you should be fine)
2. 3 of the forms are the old version (not the new August 2014) version. (Compare your form with the latest form for differences, sometime the differences may be minor enough not to affect your app)

1: most likely yes ( rejection at 1st stage )
2: no ( u will get ur money back )
3: yes ( cc is fine )
4: not sure (send ASAP )

Apart from this .u can send both forms again with cover letter (as additional document ) they might attach them with your app.. ( u can take chance )

Lived in Calgary for almost 10 years, and you are still applying for Canadian PR ? Are you sure the Calgary you are referring to is the city in Alberta, CA rather than some odd one in USA. Seems more like the latter looking at those times you wrote.

Left Canada after that and decided to apply again in 2013
Our job Noc was in in fsw2014 and we are applying again now
So badically we lost and relinquished our pr status because we lived out of canafa for too long

I think its cleared mentioned in the signature space that signature for credit card holder. But just want to confirm from you guys because i just send my application today.

Yes. According to the current rate of applications accepted each week there are still chances for your friend. Submit the application as soon as possible and hope for the best.

This happened to few of my friends so I am pretty much sure on it. Dear Ashif Bhai,

Please advise me how to add experiences which are less than one year in new form of "IMM0008 -Schedule 3 Economic classes FSW"? There no box available to select/check less than 1 year.

I have multiple experiences (with different companies) which are less than One (one year). However all of my experiences are of same roles of NOC-2173 through job titles were different from different telecom companies.

Please advise me in this context.

If there is no <= 1 year , then create a suppliementary page for this question and add details there with <=1 . anyways with To Date and From Date of job is sufficient for them to add up the months.

You are right, it states signature of credit card! as I said there is no harm since you'll not be having any credit card details so no need to worry.

Yes there will be space , going by the numbers earlier today it says 218 applications against 188 previous week ( a guess estimate of 1 week of applications processed and also accounting that the rush will decrease further after the first month lot, 30 per week , 6 per working day , extending this logic the remaining 812 applications will be filled in 812/30 = 27 weeks ~ 6 months from 20th May. I think he/she is good to go .

Hi guys i am new here i sent my application under noc 0311 but for 8 days now it didnt reach sydney for 5 days it is in nova scotia dhl office ...i am very angry i have emailed them but no reply ...phoned them they told me that it is out for delivery but the tracking doesnt show that it left the office yet ...is this normal ...i am very frightened they lost the papers or something

That is not good. They must've given you a probable delivery date right? Call them up and ask them where you could escalate this matter. The reason you take their courier services is for speedy delivery. Put all the pressure you can on them. Nothing much can be done here, but once it is delivered to the destination you write them a stinker email and ask for a refund.
