Rizza,

As per my knowledge if You have applied for QSW and now want to apply for FSW then you have to withdraw your QSW application before they charge your CC/DD.

This thing I have heard before 3 to 4 month but Still you need to confirm the same.

Hello everyone!

Is it way too late for a Registered Nurse like me to submit an application for the FSW 2014? But I have actually submitted an application for QSW last March so I dunno if it's okay to submit for both programs?

Thanks.

I have a very silly question. It might have been answered already. Just want to know if i will get intimated by CIC if my application is rejected?
1. Will i get a reason why it rejected?
2. How are they going to let me know about this? Email or phone call?
3. Are there chances that i never get an update about my application?

Appreciate help on this.

Thanks.

always remember no question is silly stupid or useless. good luck.

Thank you very much. I think I got the PER already if this is what you were referring to:

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Your application has now been placed into processing. "

Oh boy - you are just full of surprises, aren't you :)

Its time you let your Supervisor know that he "may" receive a verification call from CIC and we do not know which number that call is going to be made from.

Congratulations and Good Luck!

Ok. first thing lets re focus on few things. I hope you are good to go with this.

How about your JD in reference letter matching with your applied NOC? have you provided and you are confident on that?
Original IELTS you and your spouse if apply with validity
Original WES?
Signature at all places?

I really don't know what is happening with my application brother.
My job duties in my reference letters match with that of NOC (as I have applied under NOC 2131).
I sent the original of IELTS received last year in August.
My Education Credential was assessed by CES (Comparative Education Services) of University of Toronto on October last year. The original included in the application file.
All the forms were signed with blue color.
PCC's already included (the originals).
The payment method was by CC (which I cross-checked with my bank for any interruptions during amount debiting).
I wrote them an email to request information about the status of my application on 06'th August 2014.
Up to now nothing has happened and I'm feeling lost with my case.
Anybody to comment on this??
Your opinion would be highly appreciated.[/b][/b][/b][/b]

Hii all,

As per birth certificate the spelling of my wifes name is zeenath, but in passport, education and marriage certificates its zeenat. Will it be a big issue, if it is, than is it better not to submit the birth certificate and instead submit the study certificate. Any suggestions?

Thanks Best Regards,

Find a senior in the organization who can vouch for you and provide this letter on plain white sheet (in personal capacity). If possible, also get his / her business card.

Thank you Oscar for valuable suggestions.

Do I need to get these reference letters for previous employers (on plain white along with sheet business card) as well?

I would like to add one more point here the document which I sent earlier was containing roles & responsibilities on plain paper notarized by an advocate.

Regards,
Dev

Hi Guys, I just passed my additional doc and RPRF to Manila Visa Office. Will I receive an email acknowledgment from them or any ECAS update?

@ Rizza

Not late at all as of now, but apply asap before its too late... :D

noc 3012 is not that hot and its only 29
to reach its full it will take probably till the end of FSW14, that's what i can judge from last year's caps.

and the no. of caps can be analysed by SS,

One more thing I have problem with my police clearance since I am getting it from LIBYA currently I am here back in my home country any suggestions what to do? Or should I make a letter stating my concerns during my application that the current situation is Libya is far from being better. For now they are still on war, there is no police to which I need to go and get a clearance.. What to do...

Thanks Best Regards,

I would suggest you to go with the spellings that are in passport or in any other official ID documents. don't worry about bc.....submit it as it is, it wont be an issue, through bc they just verify and cross check the dob which u will be mentioning in application. if the name spellings are same in passport and other id documents as well as educational ones....then use this name spelling, forget about bc, but do submit bc, it is considered more authentic in checking dob then other documents like the one u mentioned.

good luck.

Thanks Best Regards,

Submit the Birth Certificate along with an affidavit attesting to the fact that both names are the same and belong to the same person.

Good Luck!
