congrats buddy.... see ndvo is working so fast......people were saying it takes 2 to 3 months for ndvo and Singapore office to call for MR......here goes the 1st lucky fellow......good luck brother.

Not the first but the second one from NDVO. Earlier one was also having same 2173 NOC 5th May.

I send my application under 2171 in May but today I received the return from CIC because I filled my application form that I intended to live in Qubec that CIC said I should apply my application under QFSW program.

Do you think I should send the application form again? it is still in time?

Dear friend,
not sure and wonder why you choose Quebec? Quebec have their own immigration program QSW. And its a french community. Not sure what makes your interest in it.

However for noc 2171 still you have the time. Make correct that form with any other province/city and reapply. All the best.

You can make an affidavit for difference in the name. It will suffice.

Hii all,

As per birth certificate the spelling of my wifes name is zeenath, but in passport, education and marriage certificates its zeenat. Will it be a big issue, if it is, than is it better not to submit the birth certificate and instead submit the study certificate. Any suggestions?

You cannot use FSW application and choose Quebec because Quebec comes under QFSW Program.

You still have time. I would suggest you do a quick proof-reading of your package and resend it back. This time DO NOT mention Quebec. Choose any other place which does not have an Immigration program associated with it, ex: Toronto, Brampton, Calgary, Mississauga etc.
