Do not worry for 2173 for caps,
experts in this forum have encouraged ppl who had applied in august under this 2173, to have patience it might be slow but you will make it... 8)

One of my friend also applied on 18th August. He is also worried. His consultant inform him that his file might be returned if the cap is fulfilled for 2173. I guess it won't even take July candidates. The cap will be filled in June.

Sad. But True Fact. It is already near 200 till it started 20th May candidates.

Hellow Mr. Hoque .

Don't worry, I think after Mid September application will be in CAPPED ( 2173) .Becoz till MID May huge application received by CIC ( who were ready with ECA , IELTS ) and gradually it is decreasing ( not ready ECA, IELTS ) . You know suddenly CIC open this program on last week of April , so huge application was waiting and while open the program they first post their application that's why in May CIC received a large number of application , after that applicant's are preparing for ECA , IELTS , Job letter , etc. so now application receiving number lower then MAY .

Experts opinion pls.

Guys.. I am not asking any questions this time...

I am asking for a tip this time !!!! How to control my nerve for this waiting period... I am 20th August applicant (NOC-2173)... I know I have a long period to wait.. but whether I am going to run out of cap limit or not.. this thought is killing me... so guys is there anyone who is on the same state like me... please suggest some tips so that at least I can sleep well

Designation does not matter here, all CIC looks is the roles/respobsibilities/work profile...browse around the other CAPS, wish you can find related work profiles....Designation doesn't have to be exact...

Bro,

First of all, dont be anxious...

If u need to know then u will have to go to bank preferably physicallyy to the foreign exchange dept of the branch u took....With the DD ref..

Then they might help u....But u cant take any info by calling to customer care ...

as advised by @Ashif_eee, FOREX only will answer clearly, other department will wont.
BTW what date applicant you are ?. at present ppl from mid May CC/DD are getting charged...

One of my job application letters was requested last year, I have to inform my former supervisor about a possible call to him. I received my PER last week. When should him be expected to get the call? Does anyone knows if the consulate solely verifying job duties OR the actual recommendation on job performance etc?

By the way, usually how long does it take for CIO to transfer the case to the designated visa office?
