Just wanted to know about my next course of action to include my new born baby in my application.

I already got PER on 11th August and my Visa office is Singapore.

As per my knowledge I need to send my daughter's passport,Birth Certificate,Family Information form to Singapore Visa Office.

But my confusion is I have not got any email from SGVO regarding File transfer or AOR and I am also unable to use the case specific inquiry in the below URL:
Code:
https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=singapore
- Due to technical issue this section is unavailable for few days i guess. Where should I inform about my new born baby? CIC or SGVO?

Can anyone suggest me any alternative procedure to include my new born baby to my PR Application.

Thanks in advance for the co-operation :)

May be a day or 2 earlier, if difference between CC/DD and PER dates is short (4-5 days). Otherwise, both will get at same time.

P.S: DD 99.99999% risk free ...... CC has lot of risks (ref to previous discussions)

Got Critical problem here,,, just came to know that my spouse's birth certificate have different name and different dob then in citizenship,,, and to reflect that data in birth certificate the government process is tedious and will take much time for their validation.... is there any alternative to this,, thats much easier?,, i m worried bcoz,, in forum i found somewhere that the application was rejected due to not submitting spouse birth certificate..
If every thing is ok in the spouse 10th pass certificate, If it has correct DOB and parents name ,you can use this in lieu of BC and do not submit the BC. CIC accepts 10th certificate as proof of DOB.

Dear Guys,

Kindly see the below concerns

1. In the Schedule A Background Declaration IMM5669E, they asks for "your full name written in native language or script"
As far as Indians are considered, is this the official language Hindi or the regional languages like tamil, telugu, kannada, malayalam etc? Native language is suppose to be your Mother Tongue which was Hindi in my case and Punjabi in my Husband's case.

2. Last part in the document check lists asks for two mailing labels. one in English or French and the other one in the "official language of your country of residence" Again, for Indians, does this mean Hindi or their regional languages like tamil, telugu, malayalam? English is one of the official language of India as most government offices operate in both Hindi and English

3 Just received a mail from WES stating that "This is to advise you that WES has received all the documents required to prepare your evaluation report. The report is presently scheduled for completion on 09/25/2014" :-X Can anyone give any realistic timeline of WES for the completion of the evaluation?I received mine a couple of days early than the scheduled date for completion
Besides Is it recommended to order additional copies? If so, how many? They will provide you two copies... 1 for you and 1 for CIC submission..... Its completely your choice whether you want to order more copies or not

Thanx bhavcaluk,,, it seems sign of relief,, how should i present 10th pass certificate instead of BC.

Thus case specific enquiry link works some times during the day intermittently.. so best option would be to check it randomly or you can wait for aor as sgo is sending aors

Please i need help regarding the schedule 3 form. There is a column that asks if the accompanying spouse is eligible in English or French? The answer is YES but no test language result because we do not need it for points since we have achived our 67 point mark with just one of the spouse(s) writing the IELTS. Is there a problem if we say NO ? Thanks in anticipation

@all floks,

You have to provide original certificate in case you are claiming 5 points for language proficiency of your spouse

1. Schedule 3 Economic Classes -FSW form, Question no. 12(a)and( b). My NOC is 1212 with 80% match of main duties but the Occupation title is different. Should I write my actual occupation title or the title corresponding to the NOC?

2. In the experience letter, should I ask my supervisor to write my actual designation or the NOC title as my designation?

3. My father expired in 2007. So in the ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION form, do I have to include my father's name and details? If yes, what do I write on the present address column?
