Got Critical problem here,,, just came to know that my spouse's birth certificate have different name and different dob then in citizenship,,, and to reflect that data in birth certificate the government process is tedious and will take much time for their validation.... is there any alternative to this,, thats much easier?,, i m worried bcoz,, in forum i found somewhere that the application was rejected due to not submitting spouse birth certificate..

just wondering, how CIC works with the CC & DD,
is that so they charge CC first and than DD, if yes - it means CC ppl gets PER ahead than DD ppl...?
please clear my query...

I think DD takes a bit longer due to bank processing lag.
CC gives you instant payment confirmation.

Im applying under NOC 1111. I'm worried about how it is catching up with 1112. I'm in the advance stage of my documentation. WES is expected to arrive on Sept 1 and most likely will lodge my application in less than 2 weeks.
I understand no one knows the real picture of CAP per NOC in the present. However, in your approximation, how safe will be my application to be included in the CAP?

PER issued only up to 14th May .. 15th May applicants have not got PER as per Spread Sheet.

Guys,

For someone who is already residing in Canada and he wants to get a visit visa for his mother. If the mothers name is slightly different in his passport and her own passport, will that be a problem?

yes noc 1111 relatively cold as compared to noc 1112

Does this mean that I should be legally admitted for at least next 1 year or from past 1 year ?
