Please advise seniors

I have applied for Quebec immigration last year in November 2013
I have also applied to FSW 2014 this year and my CC has been charged on August 27 2014

I am a bit concerned that FSW 2014 application should not get rejected if a back ground check is done and the
CIC finds out that i have applied for Quebec as well as FSW. so i need some advise from the seniors how to get out of this
suituation.

FSW will offcourse be faster than quebec, qubec immigration will take more 18 months. i would like to continue with FSW 2014
application. So what shld i do ?

My (personal) view on this is it should be just fine - the first set of people VO should try verifying with is whoever signed the letter is my take, though ashif / other seniors might know more on this from his experience.

As long as it is not risky for the guys signing this letter that later HR can question the use of the company letter head to them, it seems fine to use this company letter head by your senior managers who are not HR. Every company has slightly different take on such policies so it all boils down to how open your company is with these managers (non-HR guys, that is) using the company letter head. If there is any doubt you can very well get the reference letter in personal capacity on plain A4 sheets plus get their business card(s) - we already know that works fine with CIC

Good luck! :)
I dont think they have the authority to issue employment reference letters thats what is concerning me. I think I will go with reference letters from 2 senior managers on plain A4 papers.

Hi, I received an email from the local VO - Paris yesterday to request police certificates. This afternoon I sent back two certificates by email but the one from Singapore has to wait until end of September (the vo emphasizes that they do accept copies sent by email.)

Just now I received another email to remind me pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) within 30 days.

But I never received the ME request!!!! Is that process strange???

Thanks for clarification!

4th October :(

I think you will surely hear something by end of early September (Before September 10th). You will be able to make It don't worry.

They are French - they can seem strange LOL :-X (pun intended)

MR should also come soon - enjoy what is coming to you in the meantime!!! :) Good luck!! ;)

My god! I just found that they also accept a police certificate issued in 2011 :o :P

In my response, I attached an old police certificate issued by Singapore in 2011, and told the embassy that if it is invalid, please just ignore.

In the second email requesting the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF), the officer told me:
We accept as valid the police certificates issued by the Authorities of Singapore in 2011

My GOD!!!

No, I have never been there after 2011. But I decide to continue working on that PCC, in case the embassy will change mind :D

On average London VO send AOR within 21 days after PER issuance. See the spreadsheet tab "Avg Process Time".

See LOL I can also predict behavior now - I told you they are French ;)

On a serious note, it is good that they are lenient and don't just tag the line of what's written on policies and procedures!!

Good for you!!! :) And all the best!

Just because they are French, and I look nice ;D

+1 bro for updating and the sharing good info. ;D ;D
