How many Test Report Forms (TRFs) am I entitled to?

You will only receive one (1) copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) – in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.

Up to five (5) copies of your TRF will be posted to the relevant institution(s) you have listed on your IELTS application form. Regular postage is
free of charge. Charges for courier services and/or overseas postage will be passed onto candidates. Additional TRFs beyond these five can be requested from the Test Centre which issued the TRF. Please note, an administration fee may be charged for additional TRFs. If you have lost your TRF, please contact the Test Centre which issued your TRF.

Hello sir,

This letter is regarding changes in our Passport details as I(according to passport) have renewed my passports. So, I would like to update my passport information in our ongoing application (file #) for Permanent residency.

Hereby, I am attaching the copy of my new passport (Passport #) as well as the old passport (Passport #) which is cancelled. Let me know if any further information required from my end.

Don't worry riya!!! That message was for people who haven't yet sent their application.

Let me know how your conversation with the bank goes on postponing the changing of CC thingy - if it doesn't work out with them I can still guarantee that your updated payment information (if you need to send one, that is) will get attached to your original package. That is the level of confidence I work at (hopefully CIC will not let me down on this confidence )- so don't you worry!

Right now i am out of country?? for more than 6 months?? r
Do i need a PCC from here also?? when shall i send the PCC?? You need PCC from everr country you stayed for more than 6 months after age of 18. PCC has to be sent to local VO & it is also suggested to include cover letter which has you application detail in it.

Hi to all,

First time to post here, my official title is IT Manager (for about 8 yrs) although my tasks at work fits that of a Network Administrator which I believe is related to one of the eligible occupation, computer network technicians under NOC 2281. I'd like to know if I'll be eligible to apply? My concern is that since my designation is under managerial position, it might not suit the NOC 2281 category. Pls. advise what is my best option. Appreciate all the help I can get from this forum.

Below are my duties and responsibilities at work

• Manages the local area network (LAN) of the company. Responsible for the acquisition, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software, user administration, data security and recovery, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

• Oversee the planning and execution of all projects developed by the company's IT department. Such projects include software implementation, data security measures and website development.

• Monitors network status on a routine basis, performs user maintenance, troubleshoots software and hardware problems, takes steps to repair or replace defective equipment, and helps plan for disaster recovery.

Hello everyone, im still not sure whether to get job reference letter on company letterhead or plain paper. HR is likely to issue a letter confirming employment but not the job description. so I'll be asking my manager to issue me a letter with my job description however when local VO verifies my job description they are likely to contact HR who will only confirm my employment. its also not gonna look nice on part of my manager to issue a letter on company letterhead without HRs approval.

Yes you may need to send them again. This is because the one you sent originally with your application may have expired by the time it reaches your visa office.

Most of the PCC's are valid for a year. If application is been sent along with original application then there is nothing to worry about; If they want updated PCC they will request it. They don't take a year to transfer application from CIO to VO I guess.
