Yesterday Night My CC got charged for 1100 CAD$, My Application sent date was May 20th for NOC1112. If CC has charged does that mean I fall under complete package processed or in process? Do they charge us after they review all the documents or before? What will be the next step for me.

Hello All,

I have just joined the forum today.

My Application was received on 25-Jul and I am applying in the NOC 1111.

I had a few questions about timings.

Date Application Received: 25-Jul-14
Date Credit Card Charged: When can I expect the Credit Card to be charged, the current rate is 104 days so approx 06-Nov-14
Date Positive Eligibility Review: This seems to be a further 30 days or so after the CC charge so I should expect this 06-Dec-14
Transfer to London Visa Office: Any idea how long this takes to transfer from Canada to the Local visa Office?
Medicals Request Check: When should I expect the Medical request to come through?
Permenant Residence Fee: When would they request this?
Passport Request: Approximately how long before I can expect this stage to occur?
Visa Issued: Approximately how long before I can expect this stage to occur?
Then once the Visa is issued, do I have 1 year to enter Canada from date of Visa issue or 1 year from date of medicals? I have read both in the forum, so was a little confused.
Additionally, how long is the Visa valid for? 5 yrs?

Finally, based on the current uptake in my NOC of 85, how Hot is this NOC, and is it likely that based on my timelines I would fall into the CAP. Any ideas based on past patterns?

Dear Ali bro,

U are thinking a lot about the settlement of CA...

U can expect ur CC charging and PER on Jan 14....(as per current trend)

London will not send any AOR ack mail to u...Currently they are processing files within avg. 12-14 months...

And Visa issued for one yr from the Medical date ..

And ur Visa is issued for one time entry only....PR card is valid or 5 yrs which will u get after entering on CA....

U are right sister...

Since app submission pressure is decreasing now....This will be faster at CIC level....But at local VO stage ur file will be in queue....

So the sum of total time is depended to various thing....
