Hey bro... i used to think your way too until a friend correct my CIAO

I forget to insert the BC in my application package. As suggested by seniors, whatever I could do, I tried, but unfortunately, DHL is not able to return the package. CIO is going to receive my package today. So what should I do now for my and my wife Birth Certificates?

As I mentioned before, I have provided one "Family Registration Certificate" from Ministry of Interior as Proof o Relationship (my father, mother and brother are canadian citizen), which contains pictures, date of births, relationships title of my father, my mother and all of my brothers and sisters. (I am claiming points )

Apart from that, I have also provided my SSC certificate which contains my father name and DOB.

Should I send another envelope with the title of Additional Documents?

Guys the online ecas status says In-process (We received your application on 12-May-2014 for processing), What does this mean in actual, does it mean that application has been sent to visa office or In-Process will reflect other such statuses like Your file is received by VISA office, VO started processing, etc etc.

What to expect next (or what are the stages your application go through), my application is missing PCCs which will require a month probably for arrangement.

If your CC/DD has already been charged, then you may be en route for PER.

Frankly no one knows when any of the cap will be filled up. I wish I could tell you but I have no idea. What I can say is, the mind is a powerful thing, if you want something very badly, you will get it. Have faith and try to send your application earlier to have a competitive edge. Don't give up.

You can do both, apply for Express Launch next year too after you apply for FSW this year. I feel that unless there is a case of talent scarcity or that you have very unique and special talent, canadian employers would look into the local pool instead so Express Launch is truly just a gimmick. Just my 2 cents worth...

I too hope to get my application through FSW rather than waiting for Express entry program which seems to me very uncertain in nature.

You wont get points for an education that you have not completed. If your ECA is a 2 Year Diploma - you get 19 points.

Generally applicants use an affidavit and back it up with the SSC cert. But since you have provided the FRC alongwith SSC - you may be fine. If your NOC is not too hot, try sending an affidavit with a cover letter explaining the situation.

I sent my file yesterday, but now i got to know that my company has changed its website name. So it is different from the one which was mentioned on the reference letter.

Will it impact my file?

Plz help what should i do now. Will cic reject my application?
