Hello Guys !!

I am 28th May Applicant, just now i received a call from the relative of my wife in Canada, that they have received a letter and a form to fill about me and my wife. I have requested if I could get some information about the letter and form, but they just need basic information about me, in order to ensure whether they know me or not..
This means that the envelop of application is opened long time back, and documents verification starts...

1.We received your application for permanent residence on May 8, 2014.

2.We started processing your application on August 25, 2014.

3.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Dear Expert members,

Have already updated my query on this forum but feeling very bad about it.

I have sent my application on 22nd Aug using the old forms and did not notice the changes until today to the forms.

My question to members is should I have used the latest forms?
In most probability it might be rejected & to not miss out on this opportunity can I resend the entire package or wait for an update from CIC and take the next step, which will consume precious time.

Below are the details of my application sent n delivery:

Couriered on 22nd Aug
Received by CIC on 26th Aug.

Any reply would be appreciated. Some members have already replied but they were not aware of the above details.

Never heard this sort of thing. My relative in Canada did not get anything! Can you get the form and post here hiding key information please. Are you sure, your relative is not joking?

Also please get enlisted in the spreadsheet.

what's going on at CIC....where might have they reached till now for doc verifications, june!!....this means the CIC doc verification is far ahead of the CC/DD charged thing....

Hello - Got our PER last Aug 27 (Application received on May 12, CC charged on Aug 11).

I've started working on my police certificate clearance and I need to do one for US (FBI).

Anybody here can help me out what to put in the Finger Print Form:
1) It says "Employer & Address" -- I would assume this is my current employer and address right?
2) What about for the other such as below -- What should I put in here? The FBI website did not specify details
so not sure as I plan to just leave it BLANK.

b. OCA
c.
d. MNU
