Congratulations! May I ask, how would you know that it was a second attempt?

On 20th August i received sms from my bank stating the blocked transaction due to insufficient international credit limit.... i immediately requested them to change the limit and on the 2nd attempt it went well........ ;D

So what I understand that they were not having problem with your current 0015 code & they give points for that the problem was the previous reference letters then I think you should try with the same code but get the new reference letters with detailed description from the previous employers so you can get the marks for them.
Just for curiosity how much years you mentioned for 0015?

i have three reference letters for 0015, and two others. accepted one of 0015 is 3 years, two others are 2.5 and three. another one is 4012 - 2 years

Dear experts, I am in need of some sound advice.

I have hired ICAS to do my assessment and my documents arrived there on June 19th. Since July 4th my status has been the same until now "Application reviewed for completeness and placed in queue for assessment".

When I hired the service the website gave an estimated time for completion from 6 to 8 weeks. After a few weeks it started saying from 8 to 10 weeks. Both counting from the date the documents have arrived.

The fact is that I hired a service that should take from 6 to 8 weeks and AFTER I hired it, it changed and even the new estimated time for completion is not being observed since 10 weeks have already passed. I have sent e-mails, called them and every time I do the answer I get is the same: "Your file number is in the waiting line for assessment". I am worried thet cap will be filled and I won't be able to submit because of them. What can I do? Please I am really in need of some advice.

Which visa office?

Its not a birth certificate, its affidavit from notary and also other affidavit for my mom having used different names on different documents? Should i submit copies of both?
If the affidavit of your birth was attested by your mom, it will be accepted, If its self-attested, it will be rejected. Self attested affidavits are not accepted as have been confirmed on this forum. A cover letter explaining why there are differences in your mom's names on different documents should work with her name affidavit document. All the best.

I got my assessment from ICAS and they sent me the complete report in 10 weeks time, I think you will get your report in next week, what I have heard that ICAS is much better than WES thats why i selected then, maybe they have workload now a days due to the FSW going in full swing,

Whats your NOC by the way ?

The summary of all the advice you will get on this situation is to wait patiently, nothing else you can do as to submit your application without the ECA is automatic rejection. All the evaluating agencies are having the same challenge with meeting up with the huge number of ECA requests that is why they are changing their response times but even at that, they are finding it hard to cope. Thousands of people are all over the world are sending requests for same service at the same time. Once again, noting you can do but wait patiently. Cheers.

Sorry to hear about one refusal today.

but this started worrying me. i worked in a school for 5 years.I have appointment letter, exp letter and a ref letter.Since its a school,I dont have a pay slip.My salary was paid in cash and I don't have any proof for that.Do I need to arrange any further docs or will these there (appointment letter, exp letter and a ref letter-contact number of principal also provided) suffice the requirement.

Thanks buddy for the reply. Yeah i have my BC affidavit attested by my dad, my question was do we need to submit original copy of all the afidavits or copy of it?

Hi Guys,

A new bee here. Needed some info. I sent my FSW 2014 application last week & was delivered on 26th Aug. To my horrifying experience, sent the old forms which were previously prepared & did not take note of the new updated Aug 2014 forms. Am expecting them to be rejected & returned. :( :(

Any idea about the timeline for rejection :( :(?

Regards,
Ram

Well as I said in previous quote just fix the two reference letters for which they did not accept the experience & then try under same NOC as you still have time... Good luck for new app.

Oscar, thank you for your reply. One question though: how can I manage it by myself?

In this case the only thing one can do is send it by themselves. These things do happen with the kind of service we are talking about so either you will have to be patient despite their changing timelines or manage your application by self. I don't really see an alternative for you - you are in a tight spot.

The standard answer most people give in such situations is - you should have started early. I can understand your trouble but don't know what else to suggest realistically. Good luck and hope you receive soon!

PS - FBI changes timelines AFTER one submits due to the change in their pipeline, similarly WES changes response timelines at busy times. In fact I lost 1 - 2 days last year from WES because those guys put my case on hold although after I called they immediately moved things. And I lost my NOC last year by a day, so in effect because of the WES delay I lost FSW 2013. Sh1t happens!! The key is one has to start way in advance else there are always risks that bottlenecks might delay things. :)
