U can take ur PCC from state A or B or C etc.

PCC is required from one country....Not mandatory from his home city.....So u can take from anywhere of the country...

After getting PER, % becomes very high to get MR and others...

Success rate after PER goes 95-98%.....

In this situation, for rejection- it will require so much strong ground .....U will be requested for clarification (if any issue arises)...

I have worked for one employer on contract basis through two different service providing company. Will the letter from employer stating the same along with tenure & roles and responsibilities will be acceptable by CIC. Along with that, i will be attaching the receiving letter from service providing companies as well with designation and tenure clearly mentioned. But they haven't mentioned Roles and Responsibilities.

Is that Ok?

I think you may give written application to the courier for stopping the delivery documents . Then get advise from them how back the application to you .

What I was indicating, even the PCC mentioning ur current address which is diff from PP and CIC forms is acceptable...

I just contact the courier company DHL and they mentioned they have already delivered to the third party and they cant help in this case. They are asking me to ask Consignee (CIC) to return me ... What to do now??

Just contact ur Courier company.....They can manage it (if it is on ur luck)....Dont delay......!!

Go for simple.....Go for black and white photocopy.......

Remember Its IELTS not TOEFL

BTW, do u mean IELTS (not TOFEL)?
