Ask DHL to give their contact No or contact third party on your behalf.

Push them Again...Its their regular attitude to deny first........if possible then I strongly suggest u to contact physically to DHL....

Otherwise what u can do can be discussed later....

DHL have must information about third party details at NS . so it is easy to stop , I think there is some rules to stop ( you may ask them ) . It is matter of a minute to make a mobile phone call to NS .

They are saying they are helpless... I am trying to reach DHL Ontario...

P.S. By the way, I have included one Family Registration Certificate from our govt authority which contains my brother, my father and my mother name. All of them are Canadian Citizens. Will it not be suffice to prove? This is an official document for family members.
