really this NDVO is working slow, i was just looking at last year's sheet, and found average time/month from the time of application till one gets a visa from ndvo is about 13-15 months, which is bit more compared to other VOs.

Nope ur data is not true...U can check again bro........Most of the cases was finished within 8-10 months....Which is faster compare to most visa offices....

great news guys...my 2nd applicaiton received in cic,sydney today and i also get email from same CIC officer.that after after subsequent review of my application they find...

Please disregard previous letter sent August 12th 2014


This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class


"Based on a subsequent review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed"....

byt they didnt admit that they did a blunder mistake in my case.(see it means a human error can cost a career to an individual)i dont how many these types of mistake cic already did this year......

so finally i got PER.....

thanks all of you.who encourage me to send courier to cic with my ielts test copy,rejection letter to show them that they did a big mistake...

You can apply under your choice of NOC by filling it in Q 12 a). (Form Sch. 3)

I'd suggest you fill diff NOC in diff line in Q 12 b). (Form Sch. 3)

I'm not sure how you have filled the Form 3 earlier (pls share, if poss) .. and follow the above steps to be distinct 8)

For two degree you will get 22 points... your degrees are not relevant for matching Work exp <fyi>

Thanks Brother for advise. You mean from 1st jan 2003 to nov.2011. If I apply for NOC 0111 Will this experience can fetch me 15 points.Secondly if my current duties are other than those of 0111 ,can I still apply under this NOC? Do you think some modifications are required in job duties if I apply under NOC 0111 ? As you are saying after nov 2011 job duties fall under many NOC then Which NOC Would I mention In application form ? Also, if I do some modifications in job duties would it adverse effect as I had already submitted my application with different job duties. One more thing as per WES I have two bachelor's degrees :Bachelor of science(4 years) and Bachelor of Administration (3 years) with these degrees Can I apply for NOC 0111. Sorry for bothering You ,But I need expert advise.

Hi all.... By God's grace My CC got charged yesterday night.... However 1st attempt went unsuccessful on 20th August but yesterday it went through in 2nd attempt... 14th may applicant... Noc 1112.. Will update the spreadsheet in couple of hours... Thanks seniors for ur kind words of hope...

All my documents have got only his first name and the middle name. e.g. Ram Singh, where Ram would be his first name and Singh would be the middle name. Now, I am filling up the form IMM 5669E. In the question no. 4, what should I do with his Family name? Should I mention his family name, even if it's not mentioned in my passport? Or should I go as per my passport leaving the Family name blank or write N/A in the Box?

Keep it as per your passport bro. Please ensure the names are same in all your docs, if any different mention in cover letter or possible get affidavit confirming the names are same.

I faced similar problem.. in my dad passport, his name was showing in surname column and given name was empty..however my education docs include my surname/family name.. so for question no. 4 i wrote my surname in family name box and wrote my dad name in given name box..I think not applicable would not be appropriate ..moreover you are primary applicant not your father so tht would not be an issue..however make sure that you wrote correct name of your father as per passport in family information form. as these will preserve in the CIC system and when your parents will apply on your sponsor they will verify it your relation from family information form.

yes, i second what ashif told you!
i got my app returned last year due to old schedule 3 form... even so, i wasn't rejected, but returned. big difference... but, by the time i got my app back, my noc was filled up, so i had to wait for the next year...

Hi Guyz,

Just wanted to let you know I just got my medical request, RPRF and the PCC request at the same time, my VO is London(for pakistan), I can see that my application status changed to in process just few days ago.

So is there a difference in the process from before isn't medical the last step, they have asked for 4 months to further process the documents does that means they would require that time for documents and background veritifcation. what is the next step

I can see on the sheet that people got the passport requests very quickly once they are done with the medical and submitted fee.

Hi All,

Can you please help me with the following Query.

I just received Job Reference Letter from my previous company HR.
But by mistake they have mentioned my Family Name along with Full name.As per my passport,employment details I do not have a Family Name.On all my appointment letter,releiving & experience letter etc. only Full Name is mentioned.

Can I use the same letter or use a whitener/eraser to delete the Family Name on the letter ?

OR

Can I send the letter as it is explaining about the mistake in the cover letter?

Any Suggestions Please!!!
