1. my 2nd app already in cic as of today.(wht will happen to that)

2,my friend( i discuss few days ago tht he got 18 points in ielts.but he needs 20 points)he will go for ilets test again on 20 sept 14.
is it too late for noc 1111(his noc code).

he has some issues also(he dont hv birth certificate,he made affidavite through his father that birth certificate is lost and not treasble thorugh any records)his DOB is same in 10th marksheet,passport and affidavit)

will this be ok for him..i really dont know..

1. my 2nd app already in cic as of today.(wht will happen to that) If you sent CC information then tell your bank to block any payment to CIC, or cancel international transaction. If DD then ask bank to cancel your DD as you lost it somewhere(that I am not sure if they will do). Beside that email CIO about another application, and inform them that you will like to withdraw that application as first application has received positive response.

Make sure your 10th Certificate has his name, date of birth and father's name and it will suffice and also submit affidavit of missing BC.

1- withdraw the 2nd application - write email to them and ask for confirmation. can also explain your situation. Make sure to highlight you are NOT withdrawing the first application that has the PER but only the second one

2- Not late, lots of time left for 1111

3- For BC ask him to use his 10th certificate if it has his full name, date of birth and either or both parent(s) name. That is acceptable by CIC for BC

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class


"Based on a subsequent review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed"....

byt they didnt admit that they did a blunder mistake in my case.(see it means a human error can cost a career to an individual)i dont how many these types of mistake cic already did this year......

so finally i got PER.....

thanks all of you.who encourage me to send courier to cic with my ielts test copy,rejection letter to show them that they did a big mistake...

Seniors,

As i mentioned earlier, "I have sent my application recently with original IELTS score card, however I have taken IELTS test once again thinking that if i get higher score than first test i will send it separately, now i am waiting for results, in order to sent it I need to have UCI#.

If i send it, with a cover letter to attach this document with the first package which i sent, will they be able to so that?

Because after getting PER (points would have been calculated by this time), its of not use...

I want to send it before this, so that if there is any issue with one of my employer, i will be on the safer side with the new IELTS results (if i get more score than first test).
