I just received my WES evaluation awhile ago. It came with a cover letter plus 2sets of evaluation. Do I include include the cover letter to my fsw application? Or just the evaluation?

Also, in the letter it says, WES sent a copy of the evaluation and tor, is this true? Because, when I check my online WES application status it say, file under review. Do you think I should wait for WES reply to my numerous emails or I can already include the WES evaluation.

Pleasedvise.

Please include only 1 Evaluation report provided the 2 sets you have are the same report. All the best in your application...

You have to include one WES only. about the status it should be completed however since that you receive your original report don't worry about the online status they may change it latter on, Good luck

Sorry for the RETURN of ur file under noc 0013 due to mismatch of job duties.

Bro, if U go thru the specific duties or positions held by 0013 and 0015 u will find both r for very senior level positions like V.P, Director, CEO, COO etc etc.

For job position of 0013 in particular- the appointment should be directly thru board of members.

I have applied for 0015 thru a consultant and the details shared by him to me are being communicated to you.

Hope this clarifies ur doubt of "reason of rejection"

i was going through our SS, and noticed that most of NOCs which start with a "0" (managers), are being processed longer than most other NOCs. For example, i looked only managers NOCs, and noticed that most of them received their PERs after a month or more since their CC was charged or DD cashed. this helped me a lot to calm down a bit

Today I got my application packet back to me. It is rejected the reason mentioned in the letter is
The employment letter from the employer does not provide sufficient evidence that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as described of the NOC 0013. :Now I am planning to apply under NOC 1114.
Any member who is applying under 1114.

Guys has anyone used ICAS for ECA in recent times? My documents status was updated to "received" on 27th August. News on their website says processing times are around 10 weeks these days. Could anyone tell me about the actual time it takes if all documents are in order? I'm scared I may miss the cap if it takes 10 weeks. I'm hoping to claim points for my uncle being there. The proofs I have are as follows:

Copies of Passports of my father and my uncle showing same father name
Translations of National Identity cards showing same father name
Uncle's PR Card
Uncle's credit card invoices
Uncle's utility bills

What I don't have are the birth certificates of my father and my uncle since they are usually discarded after NICs and Passports are made. Do you think these things should be enough if i submit them with a note to CIC about why the BCs are missing. Your advice is appreciated

a friend of mine returned documents because there is no date on the letter from the employer and the fact that I have I am very worried about my back and not my documents.
I sent contracts and job history.
of a letter dated the beginning and end of another letter dated launched, but as currently still working here wrote to me and end date and no date of issue - for example 07.2014
there likely will not recognize my internship that no date of issue of the letter?
Nowhere in the instructions does not say that you have a date of issue of the letter itself.
please if there is a similar case to write

Is it of cic site or any immigration consultant's view?

If that's ur view .. Then I wud like to have my guess as well.. They charge after checking everything .. Point 4 comes before point 3 .
