Hi Ricky,
First of all really felt sorry for you..Can you PM the duties you mentioned in reference letter as I also applied under same category and your case made me worried..
Pl don't worry . On which date you applied? Tomorrow I will share my job duties with you for sure.

yes...even if they deduct a few months you will still get more than 6 years so you will get full 15 points for experience...

Position 1 - 2yrs 4 mos - noc 2241

Company B
Position 1 - 1 yr 3 mos - noc 2241

Company A
Position 2 - 2 yrs 6 mos - noc 2241

will they count as 7 yrs and 3 mos?

Sorry but how do we need to calculate IELTS points? Bit confused...Do we get same points for each ability or we can have different?

Like IELTS I submitted was:
Listening 8.5
Reading 8.5
Writing 7.5
Speaking 7.5

I think its CLB level 9 and should give me 6 points each = 24...
is it possible to have 6 points in three abilities and 5 in fourth?

This is CLB 10. And yes, you score full 24 points.

It is possible to score 6 points in three abilities and 5 in fourth.
Example :
Listening 8.0
Reading 7.0
Writing 6.5 (here 5 points)
Speaking 7.0

Thanks Goku I'll be sending new application tomorrow.

Yes I am sure it will be return as my previous stats were:
Age: 12pts
IELTS: 17pts
Exp: 11pts
Education: ECA equivalence 4 years BE Computer Engineering(21 points)
Blood relation: Yes

Now for new application my stats are:
L: 6.5
R: 7.0
W: 6.5
S: 6.5
So now if i calculate I'm getting
Experience: 11 pts (3 years)
Education: 21 pts (BE 4 years Engineering Degree)
English: 21pts
Blood Relation: Yes
Age: 12pts (Age=25)

Ok now that I've send my application again under 2173 NOC few questions are coming to my mind

1. For the first application that i've send on 27th June I know it will be returned due to low points i.e. 66. So should i cancel the DD that i've attached with that or will they return it with my application?
2. Approximately when will the recent application that I've send on 22 August will get processed?

Thanks../

Hii Thanks for responses,

Any one have an idea how much caps might be filled up for NOC 2131 category (Civil Engineers) to date. As per cic website its 75, however as some of our friends in the forum said that these figures are as of May 16th, will this category hold up till october. Please shed some more light on the matter.

Thankss

You can type "<" or mention this experience on a separate sheet . Mention your full name, title of the form ,question number being answered, if you are using separate sheet.

Thanks.

Got your point. Actually that is possible with the complicated way in which CIC works. Just sharing an example - Century and I are both same date applicants for the same NOC code and our fee charge is also on the same date. In fact my ECAS update was about 5 days ahead of his (post fee charge). But he got PER 12 days earlier than me. So point is, difficult to comprehend the timelines as it is certainly not in a '100% pure' sequential way. Don't worry - some of the NDVO guys should receive the VO request by end of week is my take.

Can understand the processing at CIO. Bcoz 1000s of application............... while typing this i realized the same happened in the case of file transfer. So i stopped
