Hi as per Spread Sheet CIC is working on 16 may applicants to issue PER
For NOC 2173 cap reach 188 as of now, I have applied for 2173 , file reached CIC on 25th august
if the cap is counted base on PER issue from 1st may to 16 may it is 188 , what will be the chance for me to be in the CAP 1000 of NOC 2173 as my application is reached CIC August 25

Please guide me

Hi Seniors, meeds some advise here, i am currently residing in singapore, can i specify my mailing address as that of India(Permanent address) and residential address of singapore as i dont want to get the mailing address updated again in case i change the house in Singapore, please let me know if its ok to go with this option.

As per my analysis 2173 will be capped somewhere in oct.... so I think you will be through...

I would suggest to keep mailing address as your current address as CIC or VO will send mail to your mailing address and it would be convenient for you to receive at your current residence. Getting a mailing address is simple, you just need to email your local VO with updated address and they will update in their system.
