Hi all...Need some knowledge regarding further steps and timeline.After receiving PER email could any one suggest timeline taken by London Visa Office (for pakistan), for an applicant who have not submit Police Clearance Certificate with his original application.For Example;
Application Submit Date: 8th May 2014
PER Received Date : 14th August 2014 (i.e almost 90 to 96 days)
Request PCC: ?? (need approximate date for London VO for Pakistan)
Request for MR: ??? (need approximate date for London VO for Pakistan)
and so on ???

Assumptions from 2013 FSWP timeline could also considered positive.
Still waiting for expert advice...

Hey guys how u doing..

Here is a query.. my wife's passport will be expiring in 2016 and am planning a reissue of her passport to modify personal details etc. Can I go ahead and do it.. I had submitted her current passport while filing pr application..

When I receive pcc request from ndvo, can I send her new passport's copy along wth it stating that her old pasport is now cancelled as we wanted some modifications in her passport..

Also I have to send my kid's passport to them

My brothers please provide your valuable inputs..

Yes, it's fine. Pls provide copy of old passport also where it mentions cancelled and also the new passport. New passport will contain the old passport no. So it shouldn't be an issue.

hi thanks for such prompt reply,

my husband birthcertificate has all of that Applicant's Name,Date of Birth,Name of Parent/Parents. the only correction the gov't is taking too long to do is the gender. by your advise then the papers we submitted to gov't to change it will be enough.

Many thanks, plus 1 for.

Buddy,

1. Yes it should be accepted....

2. U can do below which is acceptable:

Alternatives to birth certificate are as follows which is accepted by CIC:

We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit containing applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you must give reason in a cover letter why you were not able to provide birth certificate and that you are providing 10th standard school certificate / affidavit in lieu of birth certificate.

So u can follow the above (make an affidavit with the mentioend info) and avoid the BC to avoid delay....This is completely acceptable to CIC...

All the best........

Dear, You can get reference letter from your clients, to whom you provide service. If you have too many clients then you can take reference letter from 2 or three major clients and if you have few clients then you can get it from one or two clients too.

We have also shown self employed experience in our application. As per the guidelines we have to provide the 3rd party evidance to whome we have provided our services.
In our case we have provided 3 patient's testimony along with the payment slip, 2 doctor's referece letter who were also paitent. Along with it we have provided 2 hospital reference letter showing that they know the clinic and doctor and also pass their patient.
In addition we have provided 2 years rent agreement, Shop establishment certificate, professional tax receipts, clinic photographs, self declaration letter on letter pad.

Seniors pls light on this topic, so that people who are the self employed can benifited.

Hi Sathiish,
If you dont have much of an idea, I suggest you get yourself pre-asssessed by one of the consultants.... Its a daily job for Consultants and they will be able to tell you everything you need to know. Paying a little bit of money could save you from a couple of horrendous mistakes which could come back to haunt you.... I sugggest go for it .... !! Cheers !

Click [Good] on the right if my response is of any help ..

In fact, by being a little smart, you can get theses initial services free from a good consultant. Later once you get to know your eligibility, you can apply on your own.

Yes, you need to include Secondary school certificates (in whatever manner they have asked). It is must.
