You have nothing to lose by sending in another application, but that NOC isn't hot so you also won't be disadvantaged by waiting.

I can tell you that your first application is almost certain to be rejected because you didn't provide a suitable alternative for your birth certificate. The Guide states what is an acceptable alternative. A letter from an embassy isn't an acceptable alternative nor is the information in your passport. For your next application I suggest you review the Guide thoroughly so you can ensure all your documentation is acceptable.

Leave the blocked fields. Elsewhere you can write NA.

I tried so many times but same results what does it means, this was last returned file uci no am I doing correct or uci Chang e at every time when u submitted ur application

The offer letter will serve the purpose. No worry.

It was not mentioned on my service certificate which mentioned the roles and responsibilities. However I provided exhaustive documentation like pay slips, offer letter, relieving letter and form 16 etc...

My noc code is 2171 and application reached on June 23 with 69 points in total..

Any issues with this mission information...

i agree Oscar, this is mentioned as valid POF, but have come across instances where it wasn't accepted by CIC as there is no fixed value. May be case to case. No idea.

Guys,

A quick question if anyone has any insight about this - my wife and I got PPR a few days back. In the email we received, we were asked to include either an XpressPost prepaid envelope (if residing inside Canada) or an XPresspost prepaid mailing label if living in the USA to help CIC return our passports.

I tried to purchase an Xpressport mailer online at canapost.ca, but the only option available is to provide a Canadian billing address for the credit card, which I don't have. Anyone know how to overcome this difficulty?

Few days ago, a guy who has 3 year post secondary degree "from non-recognized uni" got his file returned due to "not fulfilling the requirement of completed post secondary education.

So, apparently, an equivalency of a degree from non-recognized uni is as good as not having one.

If he is short of points, shud think of spouse IELTS etc or revaluation from ICAS or UoT

I agree with Shah. this may not qualify for 23 points.

We have to show our work experience only in the last 10 years..right ??

I started working in 2003. But, I am going to show my work-ex only since Sep, 2004(which is 10 years ago). I'll fill the documents and also get the reference letters since Sep, 2004. Is this the right way to do it ?

however I already sent a inquiry mail to CIC for my case on 13 aug and waiting for reply
