My birth certificate is in Hindi and I am getting it translated by a translation agency with a certified stamp of translation agency . Do I need to get it notarised also

Read the Guide carefully. You need the translation, an affidavit from the translator, and a certified copy of the original (untranslated) document.

Thank you for the suggestion, can you please elaborate a bit more on the content of the declaration? Should it just state that I was born on so and so date and my parents are so and so.......... or it should also state the reason why I am unable to produce a birth certificate.

2. Not recommended, if its your father's money u shud not have shown it as ur settlement fund. If ur father has gifted u tht money, y he want his name on the FD? If u want to have secondary beneficiary for some reason, have it on ur spouse name (as she is dependent applicant)

e.g. if u have given good reply to someone in last 7 days, he gave u +1 ........... then today u gave him rude reply or he was not satisfied by ur response he gave u -1 ........... the system gives u double penalty n shifts +1 to -1 (from +9/-2 to +8/-3......... if the person had not given u +1 then it wud have been +9/-3

I can only help u this much......... but if u suspect someone paste the post here ......... i can help u in judging if he did it or not because with experience i can tell how ppl respond to which wording

Thanks for your reply Oscar but i am not able to find any one from them and came to know from some source that owner is moved to
abroad and thats why he closed company..

Do your stocks constitute 'unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency'?. see Section 15 of the Document Checklist. Much better to show cash...

These funds could be in the form of:
•cash
•documents that show property or capital payable to you (such as stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills, etc.) or
•documents that guarantee payment of a set amount of money, which are payable to you (such as bankers' drafts, cheques, travellers' cheques or money orders).

If they're typical publicly traded stocks they can be liquidated at any time. So no problem.

Yday I received WES report ....I couldn't understand the report ...I wanted to know the final points of my report.

I did 2 yrs Masters ....

Report :Canadian equivalence is four yrs bachelors ....So how many points it vl constitute.

or pls post the link where I can see the conversion

Have you taken the WES report for your grad degree also? In that case you get 22 points for double graduation.
Else 21 points, as Canadian equivalence is shown as bachelors..

Believe that stocks are not valid. one needs to show liquid funds - FD and account balance.

Publicly traded stocks are liquid and are acceptable.

Your understanding is wrong. A publicly traded stock can be liquidated on any day the markets are open. They are not encumbered, meaning that they are pledged as security for debt (unless of course, one pledges them as security for a debt, in which case they are encumbered).

Yes i can sell it anytime although my concern is i will be questioned of the source of the money. My savings account is different from my investment but with the same bank.

Not a problem. If they ask you the source just be honest.
