Thanks for your reply Oscar but i am not able to find any one from them and came to know from some source that owner is moved to
abroad and thats why he closed company..

If you have a experience certificate in that case you need not to worry and if your company is closed down i think its not your fault.
And u have mentioned that it was from your previous organisation.And as per the information i have they normally verify with your current company...

Seniors please correct me if i am wrong...

Those won't be sufficient without a description of duties that comes from someone other than himself.

I disagree. If the stocks are purchased in a cash account, rather than a margin account, they are unencumbered. If your bank can provide a current certification letter for your stocks showing value higher than the amount of funds required (in CAD) for your application, you should be OK.

Friends...I seriously do not know what kind of evaluation these WES people did...They mentioned Masters from a university not recognized and when I was just checking the document again... \they mentioned the name of the university where I completed my Bachelors as JNTU Hyderabad instead of JNTU Kakinada...

Do we need to submit all the Bachelors and Masters Degree certificates to CIC or will this ECA from WES will suffice???

Really do not what to do with this evaluation

2) Also note that i have received CES cretificate from university of Toronto for my MBA. please let me know if my Post Graduation (MBA) is eligible of 23 points.

Have you taken the WES report for your grad degree also? In that case you get 22 points for double graduation.
Else 21 points, as Canadian equivalence is shown as bachelors..

So guys pls suggest the final points 21 or 22 ??

One more thing my ielts score is L7 R6 W7 and S6...final ielts score also pls....

Hi folks,
Iam working as a General Manager-Marketing in a Pharmaceutical Company in India.
I was wondering whether should I quote NOC 0013 (Sr. Managers) or NOC 0124 (Marketing Managers) in my application!
As far as the description of duties outlined in both the above NOCs, mine match more to NOC 0124. However, the designation goes more for Sr.Managers!
Do help me to resolve this, as an improper NOC will make the CIO return my entire application..!
Admins and pundits in Immigration...pls help.

Designation is irrelevant. Matching the duties stated in the NOC is the crucial point.

[size=9pt] See dear, what would be missing in that case would be the 'duties' part which is crictical for FSW, since normally duties are not given in experience certificates. But may be you need to, in such a special case, explain the closing of company in cover letter and also make a notarized self declaration of duties matching with the NOC requirements (if you expect to claim points for that job). Rest is up to CIC if they wish to accept that as an alternative (considering your supporting documents) and grant you points for it. If you don't claim points for it then no worry at all. In my experience certificate they have clearly mentioned my job duties.

And my second question is that from 2004 to 2010 my NOC was 1122 and after that i fall under different 1114 for 4 years so will i get
points for NOC 1122 ??

Voter card is not acceptable alternate

Only B.C or Matric certificate if it has their DOB and parents name (as separate field not as family of the name)

Matric Certificate hmm will a Ration card do because it has the name of the whole family?
