You may read last 40-50 pages where estimation method has been extensively discussed and step-by step explained by Oscar7.

The numbers are taken from SS and CIC websites, the exact calc for ur NOC and App received date can be easily derived from there.

Thanks for the updates but can you please direct me to the correct page number where I can find the calculations ?

Depends on why your student visa was rejected. Review the admissibility requirements.

Hi,

I tried to run some computation based on the data on CIC and SS and there are 139 applications until June 12 for 2173... Correlation between SS and CIC seems 25% for 2173... This means you are safe and I am sure, at least the first 200 people ordered by application received date :) I am just basing on data and I think it's a clear good shot for you!

What about my chances with in cap ?
NOC CODE: 2173

Application received: 22-August-14.

I checked on the URL.. there is no field for CC charged.

It was because of my course mismatch.

What do you mean "because of your course mismatch"? Didn't you have "proof of acceptance"? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-how-documents.asp

My uncle is in Canada and he does not have a birth certificate how can I establish my relation with him without that

Guys, is there any reported case of credit card being charged and app rejected on FSW2014?

Any Educational document on which his parent name is same like your Father/Mother parent name..

Presumably, your uncle is a PR or a Canadian citizen. Or else, wouldn't be helpful for your application. See Section 14 of the Document Checklist. If he doesn't have a birth certificate (some countries don't issue birth certificates), does he not have a national ID card which shows the names of his father/mother? Or family/household registry/book (See Section 16 of the Document Checklist)? What did your uncle provide CIC for his PR application as a birth certificate? Then you need to provide your father's birth certificate (or mother's if he is your maternal uncle) showing they have at least one common parent.
