I am 8th may applicant for 2174 category. But still could not get any response from CIC. Can I still expect a hope to make it this year?

Even I am not aware whether my DD is cleared as I could not get any response from the bank on the status mail.

how much is the expected time to get MR frm NDVO after PER.

I see only 1 person in the SS who has been asked for MR yet from NDVO.

Although the guide has remained unchanged and it uses the word "check the box" which is usually for a "Tick", but in my opinion using "<" wud be a better option........ this way, it clearly indicates the reviewer that applicant is not claiming the exp to be equal to 1 yr and "CIC waloon options khtaam ker ka acha nahain kya"

Hi guys,
I have a little confusion regarding fee payment by Credit Card.
I filled that fee payment form, signed it etc etc.. the problem is I did it on laptop not by hand, and "0" from month of expiry date and security code vanished automatically.
Means:
if expiry was 05, it printed on form as 5. Shouldn't be an issue I guess. Rite?
if Security code was 051, it printed as 51. This could be an issue , I think.
I have posted my application last week. Any similar experiences? way forward?
do CIC gives a chance to make payment before sending application back or not?

what can i do now to avoid application coming bak to me, if there is a chance of payment rejection?

Regarding to the new schedule 3 form, they remove the row of less than one year experience, I have 2 job less than one year related to the NOC which I will apply for , should I avoid to write it in the schedule ?

I would have used whatever provision the form provides (Tick 1 Year) and then clarify it in a cover letter.

CIO will go through your Ref. Letters and/or Employment Contracts to verify the duration of your employment. So you can be rest assured that their evaluation will not be more or less (mathematically) than what your supporting documents suggest even though there are slight variations with the actual data input in the form.

Your job is to make sure you leave no grounds for anything to look like falsification or misrepresentation of facts.

There's every possible chance that you fall within the CAP.
