Just one query, in the SS i have observed that applicants for LVO, the latest PER issued is of 09th May ....i.e. no PER issued to 12th May London Visa Office Applicant so far. Is PER issued by CIC based on VO? or by NOC?

What you guys think of it? 8) 8)

I am 13 May LVO applicant, CC charged on 06th Aug, waiting for PER.

It depends on the app rcvd date....after then depends on the NOC...after that depends on the application's individual complexity (no. of employment/ family member counts etc. )

So they dont issue PER according to Local VO's ...I have not observed any symptom for this....

So no need to think abt this issue.

Regarding to the new schedule 3 form, they remove the row of less than one year experience, I have 2 job less than one year related to the NOC which I will apply for , should I avoid to write it in the schedule ?

Yes u should inform ur VO ...After getting AOR from Local VO or after one month of rcving PER u can send CSE to the Local vo...if u are from russia then below is the link for Warsaw:

Is it OK if i dont process my child (2yrs old) as he dont have passport right now.... and send it later when passport is requested after medical

or should i go for passport which might take a month to prepare.

is it mandatory to process my child as dependent (including 150CAD)

You have to add ur child in application (including 150cad)
U can submit passport in the later stage @local visa office

Yes this is the avg time for the individual VOs....Although max VOs are ending FSW13-14 cases in a yr....but for backlogs, they are completing the files as mentioned avg timelines .....

But for the slower VOs like my one (SG/accra) they are not completing the files even with this mentioned 28 months.....

Since this is mandatory to tick on the box of year and u have no other option to put tick except one year...In my sense u should put on that field - 1 year.

Although if u put one yr, they will verify actual duration from the employment letter u are providing...

Do I need to submitt the police clearance certificate right now for my spouse but he is not accpumoying . We just got it for myself as I was only applying now it will take more time. Secondly since I am only applying so funds are to be shown for one person or for two persons since he is not applying .

U can send Pcc later on and amount of settlement should be proportional to number of applicants (who gonna accompany you )

So if we are choosing a slow VO, we have to wait long time even if CIC have transferred our files to the VO and vice versa

And you are a 2013 applicant and you are still waiting your VO for your visa.

If I tick on one year for job less than that I am afraid that officer may consider it false information. I think that CIC does not recognize the experience less than one year that is why they changed the form. we Need someone who contact with immigration consultant to advice us. Thanks

Although the guide has remained unchanged and it uses the word "check the box" which is usually for a "Tick", but in my opinion using "<" wud be a better option........ this way, it clearly indicates the reviewer that applicant is not claiming the exp to be equal to 1 yr and "CIC waloon options khtaam ker ka acha nahain kya"
