what is the procedure and the necessary documents required in order to take points on the basis of your blood relatives in canada, for example if my Paternal Uncle lives in Canada how can I prove such a link to take points? Thank You.
Hi, your paternal uncle, so you need your BC were they can see you are your father's son, need the BC of your father and your uncle to show them that they are sons of 1 or both of their parents.
Then you need prove that your uncle live there: a credicard bill o any service, WITH ADDRESS.
And you have to show he is PR o citizen... so his PR card :)
I hope it helps

Seniors Please help!

I am filling Background Declaration Form. In personal history column, Point 8 (where i am supposed to mention last 10 year acitivity) do i need to mention that i travelled to USA for 55 days on B1 visa from my company?

Thanks

You must mention this trip in the "Your Travels" form. However, it is debatable whether you have to mention it in the Personal History question of the Background declaration form. I see many people advised you to do so. However, if I were you, I would only make sure to add a record for my work tenure at this company, and I would never take it that far by mentioning every business trip as a part of my Personal History.
