Have you tried contacting your bank?

Please contact your local bank where DD was raised and if no success, proceed to contact the correspondent Canadian bank. I hope you've got a copy of the DD.

I had to contact correspondent Canadian bank (Citi Bank in my case) before I could confirm my DD charge status.

Keep hope alive please.

In form schedule 3 , economic class , question 7 c says is your spouse proficient in English ? And if I tick yes then it ask for test results which my husband has not given and also he is not accompanying? So please suggest what should I do

yes it is an American Bank. But the DD was issued against the Canadian branch of the Bank, which makes contacting them very logical.
