I need your help on urgent basis.
I have applied in Sep-2010 for fsw and in Feb-2011 i got following e-mail from CIC.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):
The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued Instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.
You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 1122 – PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONS IN BUSINESS SERVICES TO MANAGEMENT. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years.
I was also given UCI number and Application number but my fees was refunded to me by Demand draft in my name.
Now my first question is that after that i am working with some NOC code that is 1114 for almost 4 years so do i need to mentioned UCI number and application number ???
And secondly will they take it positively because i am ready rejected once ?? and
Lastly should i send same documents of (my last rejection) my 1122 profession because i dont have more than that ???
