I need your help on urgent basis.

I have applied in Sep-2010 for fsw and in Feb-2011 i got following e-mail from CIC.

Dear XXXXXXXXX

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued Instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 1122 – PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONS IN BUSINESS SERVICES TO MANAGEMENT. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years.

I was also given UCI number and Application number but my fees was refunded to me by Demand draft in my name.

Now my first question is that after that i am working with some NOC code that is 1114 for almost 4 years so do i need to mentioned UCI number and application number ???

And secondly will they take it positively because i am ready rejected once ?? and

Lastly should i send same documents of (my last rejection) my 1122 profession because i dont have more than that ???

You mean, Instead of "Skill Type A" should I write "NOC Category"?

Instead of NOC category, write FSW 1.
FSW 2 is for those applying with offer of arranged employment
FSW 3 is for those applying in phd stream.

I got PER on 18/08/2014 - NOC 2133 - Received on 09/05/2014 although I did the following minor mistakes:

1- I forgot to write the date on the background of my personal 6 photos

2- I didn't mention any duties on application schedule 3... just mentioned : Electronics Engineer.. My duties mentioned on Reference letter

3 I didn't submit transcript of degrees .. only copy of certificate with WES report

4-I submitted original translation copies attached with marriage certificate winch are made by private translation office not notary

5- I used CC payment method... even though, I couldn't increase the credit limit of visa card, I used it by deposit cash money and hence, I used it as a negative account

6- Finally , I am so grateful to this board. I think citizens of Indian countries ( India - Pakistan & Bangladesh ) are co-operative enough to help others. Also I couldn't forgot Kollen, Dmitrych and romar for their efforts to this board active

I have a gap of 4 years before i started working in 2008. Is that an issue ?

Should not be..Give genuine reasons for the gap.

CIC instructed you to not use an [FBI approved] fingerprinting service located in the USA? That makes total sense.....And it took you 2-3 days to obtain an FBI clearance certificate? I think I know what is going on here. Have you stopped taking your prescription meds.. Just kidding. Sorry, that last bit was probably borderline mean. I take it back. Good luck with the PR process, buddy!

Look Mr. Dummy, I don't care what you interpret. I did it coz its the right thing for me to do. I shared this since I felt others should not go through what I went through. When you felt to take it back...u cud have used a key called "BACKSPACE". That shows your intention. Anyway, this will be my last ever post addressing you.

HI , CAN ANYONE GIVE ME AN IDEA THAT HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO GET DD ENCASHED .I HAVE SENT APPLICATION ON 28 TH JUNE 2014 , WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY CIC ON JULY 4 TH ,BUT TILL DATE MY DD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED .

Can anyone answer my question?

My wife is a teacher in MCD (Delhi Govt) but I did not mention anything in her background declaration form Q10 (mention any govt. positions held) ...now I am confused if I did it right or wrong...?

In the form it mentioned "List of any government positions (such as civil servant, police officer, employee in a security organization) you have held. So, your's wife category civil servant and it needed to be mentioned. But, don't worry if local VO find out about this discrepancy then they might ask for clarification or might call an interview (in the visa interview).

Hi guys!!

How do you all check from your bank if DD has been charged? I called the bank and they told me that they can't give any info without draft number. I did not make any copy of the draft. So I was wondering if there is any other way??

Ask the bank for the draft no. Use your perseverance and PR skills to get this work done.

Yes you have to mention UCI in new application and secondly previous rejection will not have effect on new case if you meet the criteria. Answer to your last question is that you have to prepare documents for the profession 1114.. Good Luck

IS Police Clearance certificate needed only for Principle applicant Or all family members ?

PA + all dependants (more than 18 yrs old) joining the PA in Canada and mentioned in the application form.

Guys to check ECAS status do i need to use Full name or Family name only........... the website asks for family name but someone told me tht full name is required

P.S: Currently status is not available with either ways, but as i plan to check frequently so want to know the correct way.

if you have surname then you need to use submit surname only...if not then use full name

My wife is principal applicant and I have given my credit card no in fee payment form ...so is it true that Hdfc bank will inform me about my cc charged. Or they will contact principal applicant (my wife)

HDFC bank will only inform updates on the mobile no registered with them for the account holder.

What do they have to do with who is the PA ? Your wife will not get the alerts.

Don't worry, it will never be a issue. In my case I had 1 year gap before start working. You have to mention what you have done in that gap period in the BACKGROUND/DECLARATION form.
