Hi friends, I am filling my forms tight now so will have lot many questions for my seniors . 1.can I mention my passport number in place of national identity document or shall I mention my pan number ? 2. For proof of funds can I just provide the copy of my fixed deposits or bank statement is also required. 3. Can I also show lic policy as my savings.

My question is regarding generic application form.

When I validate the form it generates barcodes on page '5 of 6' & '6 of 6' instead of page '5 of 5' as indicated on CIC website. Has anyone else faced a similar situation and can anyone suggest what should i do in this case?

Also, as per CIC website, one must put barcode page on top of his/her package and then the document checklist and supporting forms. But in my case, 2 of the barcodes are appearing on signature & date page. Can anyone Please let me know in what sequence shall I send the forms?

In the main form IMM 0008, In "consent to release information" Section I mentioned my name as KAZI ISLAM but my full name is KAZI ZAHIRUL ISLAM. I did it as they mentioned to provide (first name, last name). Will it be a problem not mentioning the middle name here?

Shouldn't be.

HI , CAN ANYONE GIVE ME AN IDEA THAT HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO GET DD ENCASHED .I HAVE SENT APPLICATION ON 28 TH JUNE 2014 , WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY CIC ON JULY 4 TH ,BUT TILL DATE MY DD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED .

Currently, Applications received Mid May are getting charged. Sit back and relax, your turn will come in few more months

You can put both bar code pages on the top..

1. mention passport details or leave blank. Don't mention PAN card no.
2. Proof of funds can be a combination of FDs and bank statements. If the amount is sufficient, only FDs will also do.
3. I don't think LIC policy can be shown as savings. Senior members views and opinions solicited on this.

Hello Friends

I need your help on urgent basis.

I have applied in Sep-2010 for fsw and in Feb-2011 i got following e-mail from CIC.

Dear XXXXXXXXX

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued Instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 1122 – PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONS IN BUSINESS SERVICES TO MANAGEMENT. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years.

I was also given UCI number and Application number but my fees was refunded to me by Demand draft in my name.

Now my first question is that after that i am working with some NOC code that is 1114 for almost 4 years so do i need to mentioned UCI number and application number ???

And secondly will they take it positively because i am ready rejected once ?? and

Lastly should i send same documents of (my last rejection) my 1122 profession because i dont have more than that ???

pls guide me properly

1.Mention your UCI number......even if you don't mention it,same UCI will be assigned for you.
2.Just make sure your experience and duties match your intended NOC......your previous application will not negatively or positively affect the currently proposed one.....just do your home work right for this.
3.Depends on the documents been referred to......your personal documents like birth certificate may bathe same but others like experience letters,ECA,POF definitely won't be the same.If you can elucidate and outline clearly the documents you are referring to,it will help.
