Educational requirements for this.one needs to do some certification prog. For child care if one has done B.ed

I had it done in the US last year, by one of the bureau approved agencies. and I think they used FBI provided laptop/software to validate and electronically submit fingerprints. Thanks again!

[size=9pt] Hi, The one that ack1990 had problem with was done in the US by professionals there and I think he meant in the police station there (though not sure). This is what he had shared (look under his profile, for recent posts on this):

"It was done by a fingerprinting professional here in the US. When I called customer service, they suggested to go a local police station! Whatever, I will write an email to CPC and see what they say."

"I said "PROFESSIONAL" and also said USA. Why would I get my report if it was not done properly? Thats wat puzzles me. We sent 3 cards each just in case and all 3 rejected Huh Idiotic!!"

Hi Experts,

I have applied under FSW 2014 and my application reached on 14th May, 2014.
A month after application I fly to US on H1B. Being outside India, I have no way to check whether my DD is encashed. Neither I have received any email from CIC,

Experts please guide me on what should I do now.

1) Should I update CIC about my visit to US. If yes, when should I do that ? Should I wait for my PER ?
2) I have not sent mine as well as my spouse PCC with an application. Please suggest how can I get it now. Can I get in US from Indian Consulate ?
4) Can I get through Medical in US itself ?
3) As I was in India when I apply, my Visa office is New Delhi, Can I change it now to US ?

1. You should wait for the PER.
2. Yes, you can.
3. I think so.
4. Not sure about that. But I guess you must wait for CIC to act first.

What are the educational qualification required for this...

As my frnd is having exp. of primary school, she did bsc (non-medical) along with B.ed... Is she elligble under thus categ. As all her responsibilities match to above said catg..

Educational qualifications do not have to match the NOC field per se. So your friend should be eligible provided she has the requisite points.

Sure you can. Sounds like you're operating with dated (or false) information. Here's a clue for you - they're FBI approved. I've successfully used them. DOJ approves of them too.

You cannot use fbi channelers. It should be submitted directly to FBI. Digital fingerprints are not accepted.
