hiiiii.......i am a general nurse....i got my 3.5 years of diploma in general nursing and midwifery from karnataka nursing council...in my WES report my canadian equvalancy mentioned as "3 years of hospital study and certificate in midwifery".....am i eligible to get 21 points?????

I would doubt 21 points for that .... but you can get it evaluated from a visa consultant....

My wife is 14th May Applicants with payment mode DD. Just checked with bank, DD is not encashed yet.

Could you please let me know normally after how many days DD are cleared in past after first CC charge?

Really tensed situation. Please help...

Take about 5 - 7 working days for that ... Should her good news by next weekend ...

Dear experts,

I sent my application file on 26th of May, however I haven't got any feedback or notifications until now. Is there anyway that I can trace my current status cuz I don't even sure if the immigration office already received my application or not. Normally how long will it take to receive the file number?

October should be the time for you to get your PER it seems ... after 14th May, the applications/day seems to have dropped ... so once 14th May is done, speed should pick up .... !! CHeers!!

As per CIC website, total applications received is 1421.

Whether this figure is of total received application by CIC or
total processed eligible application..??

My application was received on July 2, 2014 (for NOC- 1123), when
should I expect to receive PER..??

Hi, please help me with below questions a ) I am a primary applicant and currently I am only applying as me and my husband both feel that initially only one of us should apply? So what should we mention as reason for Non applying of spouse B) on my husbands date of birth certificate there is a mismatch in month in the birth certificate and passport. However date of birth on passport and secondary certificate match.should we submitt class 10 certificate and what reason should we give for non submission of birth certificate. C) can a self declared affidavit be issued along with class 10 certificate

can any senior member of thsi thread help me out regarding:

If i apply now in NOC 1112...already applications which has been processed yet are 292....
if i apply now will be my application processed within the cap?

Dude, looks tough... I'm a NOC1112 July 18th Applicant and I'm wary of my own .... The number 292 is for processed applications till 12th may.... My analysis on the sample set from the Spreadsheet says that NOC1112 could at max stretch to 15th Aug Applicants ... Doubtful beyond that ... !! Rest no harm in trying ... completely your discretion .... !

Guys i just read some one's 30th May application was returned ... Its mind boggling how the CIC works how they jumped on 30th May application when they are still charging the fees for 14th and 15th .

I am starting to believe that CIC is not strictly working on a first-in-first-out basis with respect to rejections.

Brother, while working, I have done my MBA. I did not mention anything about study here.

Brother Oscar did mention both - it won't harm you.

Both of us got PER.
