I want to clear one doubt. My application was received by CIC on 3rd July 2014. I sent my spouse's birth certificate issued by Indian Consulate (UAE). Please note that she was born in Sharjah(UAE). Additionaly I sent SSC certificate which contains her full name (please note that her parents name is not mentioned seperatly).

I had conformed from Indian Consulate,UAE that BC is valid for PR application.

But my doubt is.....Will CIC accept her BC??????

My wife was born in Abu Dhabi ... .SO I have also submitted her BC from the INdian Embassy UAE ... its all cool man .... As long as you have sent proofs, its all ok. Educational documents do include her 10th and 12th marksheets. ..

I went through passport seva kendra without physical police verification .. hence no commisioner in my case ..
