Hi,

Ppl have suggest to gett PCC from punjab as my permanent adress,passport adress, passport office,adress on apllication forms is of PUNJAB.

Moreover getting PCC from punjab is as below

"For residents of the Punjab:
Only the Senior Superintendent of Police or the Regional Passport Office may sign a Police Clearance Certificate."

But I currently live in Harayana,and I will have to mention this adress in backgorung form.

Is it mandatory to fill current adress in residential adress column in IM0008 or I can fill my punjab permanent adress as correspondence and tick "YES" column in residential as SAME AS MAILING ADDRESS

PCC needs to be taken from current residential address. If you can prove that Punjab is your current address, you can apply there.

there is no information on Express entry as on now, except that it will consist of a pooling system where employers can handpick the best profiles. This is expected to be announced on Jan 1st 2015, but the process will beging only on May 1st 2015 as per experts. Till 1st Jan 2015, CIC will intake the regular FSWP applications, hopefully.

Yes, buddy. I'm a 9th May applicant as well, waiting for my PER. ECAS still shows nothing. I don't even know what to think now...

Is it really allowed not to include police clearance in application?
I been viewing spfeadsheet and a minority did not include PCC yet been processed.

Anyone there who received PER without PCC?

PCC Can be submitted later. But if possible, do submit along with the initial docs.

Pls als read the guidelines on CIC website, where these things are mentioned in detail.

Need your assumptions on my query. I have almost prepared my new application under 2281 Noc and I will send it on coming Monday 25th Aug. just want to know about my chances in the capping of 2281 NOC.

Is it too late to apply under 2281 Noc ?????????
So far the updated status on CIC website is 72 applications.

Can anyone please help me with my question:

My wife was previously working with an international insurance company as a manager but was working in the pensions claims dept. Can we apply under category 1212 with her as the principal applicant. I am a bit skeptical as her experience is with pensions and not insurance claims. Can she apply under 1212 althgt her exp was under pensions and not insurance?

Secondly the work she is doing right now is not at all connected to the insurance domain, will this create a prblem? Does the current job have to be in the relevant NOC?

I can update the forms and send it before they request for MR too? Rite?

I dont want them to get to a conclusion that I am hiding some info from them. I missed to provide those info when I filed the application.

[size=9pt] Most likely both Jessy and M.Aria are fake accounts created today. I would request all to not even post about these so whoever made those gets the least attention.

I quick way to tell who's fake is by looking at two fields - Entry Created and Entry Updated (columns AR and AS) and if those have recent entries PLUS if the guys are no where to be found in the previous downloaded version of SS on your computer PLUS these appear at very advanced stages of the PR process then they are 100% fake. Just delete them in your downloaded copies and ENJOY!!!

PS - Even if they were to be real cases they have never been around to help anyone in the forum so they are better dead than alive LOL for us forum folks. ;D
