my spouse got 4.5 in Listening and they require 5 in Listening
so our file is rejected just for 0.5 in IELTS...

In CIC website mentioned that, all applicants should keep 2 copies of their full application. Is this mandatory for future procedure like interviews ? What will do if we don't have the copies ?

Dear Users,

I have applied under the category NOC 2132,have an experience of 1 year.Later on i switch job to another firm,as my job responsibilities,i have 2 roles eg .Production Engineer and Mechanical Engineer(working with Asphalt Plant)...I have classified both under one category 2132 in my application. would it effect my application since i feel bother NOC kinda match similar criteria...my Job Title in my present company is Mechanical Engineer.


I was going through previous post present in this forums....now im a bit confused Sad


Could some one guide me Smiley

Received my PER yesterday, here are the details....


Application sent by me: 6th may 2014
Application received by Centralized intake office: 12th may 2014
DD encashed: 24th July 2014
PER received: 19th August 2014

Hi guys,

If we dont attact the business card of the person who is referring us, will the reference letter be invalid?

Because my friend who is referring me doesnt have a business card and to get that it would take 7-10 days. I dont wanna delay posting of my application just because of a business card. Kindly suggest me a way out.

@ Keerthi,

Attaching business card is preferred but is not a mandate. In place of business card, you can also mention the contents of business card in cover letter providing your acquaintance's contact number, email id, current designation, company, etc. It will serve the purpose.

Copies come handy when clarification is sought by VO at a later stage. In that case, you can refer your copies and can provide them with clarity in line with what you have disclosed earlier in your application.

I applied thru a consultant and have not kept another copy!!
I dont know if they would have kept one...

Hello all I am 14th May applicant and I can see that CC for 14th May are being currently charged. But I paid my fee through DD so how much longer will I have to wait for my DD to get en cashed??

I come to know that for spouse CLB-4 that is L4.5,R3.5,W4,S4 are sufficient, still these two guys are saying same thing that their application rejected due to not having 5 in Listening for spouse.

Can any one explore on this......
