Hello Fellow folks,
Can anyone please guide me how to obtain PCC from Australia and India?
I'm an Indian citizen but lived in Oz(work Visa:2012-2013)for a year.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hii Nirsh for Oz you need to go to AFP site and all process is online..first pay AUD 45..and then download that form fill it sign it.. You have to make 100 points with id's and your form along with id's scan copy need to send via e mail.. You will get notification in 2 week and pcc in 4 week.. for canada pr i think you need to fill option 33..i did that last year so not sure..please check cic site if you live in victoria and one more stete then you also need clearence from vicroad or concern transport department...its also an online process..

This is a scary because I have applied for same NOC and have provided following brief job description:

- Collaborate with project leaders and teams / network within the business to discuss/understand project requirements and translate these into system process solutions
- Develop company's Business Information Solutions using the standards defined for solutions work to meet Group business objectives.
- Maintain and report on project plan/progress as required

My job title is Systems Analyst.

I think my application is at a risk of being returned as well.

Enough about myself. In your case I seriously find it difficult to conclude how your role is Information systems analyst / consultant type of role.

I sent my application because role description matched fairly well with description below given on CIC's website:

Information systems business analysts and consultants confer with clients to identify and document requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery.

Account manager title isn't given no their list I think and your role sounds more like that of a sales person and manager than of a consultant / analyst.

Yes... 29 July.... you need to wait for next 2 months.

I have filed my application through one consultant from Mumbai whose head office is in Chandigarh. 20 Days back I had sent my documents to Mumbai office for review and then it was forwarded it to their head office in Chandigarh. Now, when I called their Chandigarh office they are saying that they haven't received my documents whereas their Mumbai office is saying that they have mailed all documents 2 weeks back. I am really fed up with this consultant, and now worried that my documents might have been misplaced.

Guys please help me, really don't know what to do in this situation. I am really worried about My original IELTS and Demand Draft.

Is there any way to file a complaint against this consultant.

Please advise!

There is not a lot the members would be able to help you, with the actual complaint against the consultant. For one - we do not know which consultant you are talking about.

If you decide to adopt the worst case scenario - you need to cancel the DD and create a new one and start the request procedure for another copy of IELTS Score Sheet.

What is your NOC category by the way ?

You can seek help of the members here to file your application should you face any difficulties.
