[size=9pt] As Future and Neel have pointed out, your case doesn't sound positive. One of the most important of the three pillars of FSW is being able to demonstrate that one performs duties in line with the NOC lead statement and main duties listed there by means of a reference letter from a supervisor/ HR / senior; the letter should include most things stated in the Document Checklist item on Work Experience. If I were you I wouldn't be sitting in hopes that CIC would have heard about SEBI - even if let's say they have heard of SEBI, so what? They have a process that one needs to follow brother. If you are serious about a PR to Canada and value time, please prepare a new application, is my suggestion. Good luck!

one thing more i want to say here that on the registration certificate its clearly mentioned that i am securities sub-broker

and the reference letter mentioned that i am authorized person and it refer to the registration number given on sebi certificate.

both name authorised person and securities sub-brokers are mentioned in NOC job description 2011

You guys can't imagine the feeling I had when I opened a mail from CIO with a Subject "Application for Permanent Residence in Canada".

But I read it through, hopefully, til I get to:

"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office."

Oh my freakin' GOD!!! I got the P.E.R!!!

Some people stated that they got a mail with the points considered by CIO, but mine was just this (among other things) but no point mentioned.

I'm so freaking happy right now! I can't stand myself!

My best thoughts and hopes to all my forum fellows so you can get yours too.

I'm a May 9th Applicant. SS updated.

You are mistaking Job title with job description . Without clearly laid out Job duties on the reference letter , nothing is going to work out my friend!

OOps..I missed it..Its a good news then..So far Singapore VO seems very slow in processing files..

I think the applicant tupa is a 5th may applicant. I this from the SS.

Also, looks like 15 of the applicant who receive PER under singapore, 4 of them went to processing state.

So I think this is good.

Hey guys,
update from May 20 Applicant. My Canada relative got back my package stating " Fee not submitted "
I don't know the details . Just wait till I get back my package.
Best of luck to all the applicants.
Will reapply as my NOC ( 3111 ) is cold enough. So hopeful . Keep fingers crossed.

I have read your posts and exchanges with some of the thread seniors.

The job description is a very crucial part of this process. They wouldn't care if you are licensed to do your work. I am licensed to practice my profession as a nurse and they won't care. All that matters to them is the complete COE as instructed in the document checklist. Otherwise, provide an explanation on why you failed to adhere to their requirements. Oscar and Neel is right. If you submitted only plain certificates attesting your employment, better focus on revision and resubmission of your application.

I was wondering about that as well. My "assumption" is that CIC does the completeness check way in advance before actually charging the Credit Card. Any comments on this Oscar?

Ecas status change: 30th july
PER: 15th August.

Thanks . As per the SS, 64 applications have been made. If it is 10% of population, i guess 640 apps have reached so far. So, doubting the CAP limit till end of Sept. Just trying to rationalize my assumption.

Each time i see someone getting PER it reminds me of the movie "Charlie and the Chocolate factory" and how they recieved the golden ticket..... i am May 13th applicant aching to get the same golden ticket Waiting and will confirm next week for DD enchantment for now ???

You don't need to keep them in your bank. But you may be asked at anytime along the process to submit a fresh proof of funds. Also upon landing you will be required to prove you've got enough funds.

So, feel free to spend your money but make sure you'll have enough funds again soon.
