@ Oscar7 thanks for reply but you didn't give me any advise on my issue. It will be a valuable suggestion for me if you give any input on this issue.

@ CI_DREAM thanks for your reply as well. I am not applying under same Noc. This time I am changing my Noc code form 2171 to 2281 and rest will remain same except updated forms and other required stuff. Plz reconsider my query.

Hi, the CIO review officers usually process documents in English or French. A document in a language they can't understand risks rejection. I hope along with you that you included the translation. Hope for the best.
