Adding to Manish's analysis, it is clear that CIC's average speed is around 2500 applications every 4 months.

This means that roughly all applicants up till today, August 13, will be processed before end of year. I also expect the speed to rise a little bit because the number of rejections may slightly increase. My justification for this is that the applicants of the first half of May are more experienced people who may also happen to be re-applying for PR after failing in 2013. But that's just a guess that cannot be quantified.

You are right romar , but i think current speed is 90 days for payment change, but i am assuming it will decrease once CIO clear Applications in First Half of MAY.
Because last year and even this year in initial stage speed for charging payment was 60-70 days.

my primary noc was 1114 in that i have 5 + years exp.and 1112 i have 2+ year exp.
as per my understanding if you have experience in any other 50 noc it will count in your total experience.

CIC rejection letter they clearly mention that they cannot award any point for my 2 years exp in 1112 coz i didnt provide job desciption on company letter head.it was self written notrized letter.

Sorry to say but as most of us are aware of the fact that CIC does not accept self written/attested duties. OR in extreme case it has to be supported by some sort of supporting document such as reporting manager's business card, salary slips, appointment letter etc etc. And obviously a covering letter stating the reasons about no company letterhead.

Well anyways... whatever has happen that the past.

Now I guess you need to think about how to get back to business.

I guess the quickest thing you wanna discuss about your IELTS points then call CIC and see how they can help. Or there may be a way to appeal.

The email clearly says - If none of these conditions applies to you, you may proceed to STEP 2. If any do apply to you then need to contact CPC-O immediately by email.

In my opinion you should not send passports until you contact them and get a response.

As per the Step 1 of passport request if there are any changes in family composition we need to inform visa office.

One of the condition from step 1 does applies to us i.e. "Do you intend to give birth or adopt a child prior to becoming a permanent resident?"

We are pregnant and expecting the baby around last week of October or first week of November this year i.e. 2014.

So, My question is

Can we send our passports to CPC-Ottawa Visa Office without waiting with the changes details or do we have to wait till the birth of baby ?

Can I submit a notarized self declared affidavit.

This declaration is usually done before a judge, with their signature & stamp,U must attach a notarized copy if not in English or French
