Hello all,
Could you please help me to fill the application as I have some basic question

My Wife is the main applicant . currently she is not working and as written in her Iqama she is not permitted to work

as per Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]. It ask about the current occupation : can I keept it balnk or add the NOC where she is applying for? Because she is not currently working, Will that impact our chances to get the file accept ?

In same form >> dependent type . I selected Type 1 Dependent as I have 3 years child. Is it rigth?

In same form >> current country of residence for status I selected others then accompanying the family... is that true ?

CURRENT occupation is unemployed. Maybe housewife? It will not impact your application.

Her status in your current country is probably a dependant (spousal) visa? If so you can enter that. "Accompanying the family" is confusing because it doesn't describe how she is legally able to live in the country where you are currently living.

Question no 17 queery about details for previous relationship of dependent....from this date to that date....
My spouse was seperated before get mary to me ....
What should i fill any body guide...
Shoul i attach decree of divorce with application ????
As i hav only one copy and that was attached with mariage registration ...formm......

You need to enter the appropriate information on the form, and check the document checklist to see what you must provide. Yes you will need to show the divorce certificate as per point 16 on the checklist.

Hello friends;

Today received the PER Email.

I have applied for NOC 1112 category and my file reached on May 7.

I have updated the sheet. One minor change I have noticed. While HDFC Bank told me that, my DD encashed date was 8th July, today's PER email shows DD encashed date as 2nd July.

Good evening guys,

This is with regards to the filling of the application forms. My friends who are seeking the help of a immigration consultant said that the consultant has pointed out many mistakes in the filled forms.

I have filled the forms but I am a bit scared about the unknown mistakes. Is it a safe bet to fill the forms on our own ?

If anyone has filled the forms on their own and got a PER, please help me clear my doubts.

The form asks for your native language. It sounds like Urdu is your native language.

HI Guys,
Need urgent help.

I have my valid IELTS Report dated December 01, 2012.
I am ready with all the documents for FSW 2014 including PCC and am ready to post it by UPS by next week to reach CIC by Mid August 2014.

My question is
1. When CIC opens my file, will my IELTS report be considered invalid due to it's validity ( validity is upto Dec 01, 2014 )?

I have already scheduled by IELTS on September 06 2014( unfortunately, didn't get a date before that :'(), and will get the new scores by 23 September 2014.

Looking into the forum, I am tensed that I would be late to be in Cap for NOC 2173, if I send application by 23 september to reach
CIC by 29 september?

IELTS date is locked in when CIC receives your application. You are totally fine to apply with the one you have now.

I intend to apply for 2 different NOCs. Do I need different reference letters? In my current position, I do work related to both so my emplyer just wrote everything in the same reference letter. Can I use the same for both applications?

One more query from you seniors regarding proof of funds:

I have arranged certificates of funds from banks/investment companies (total 6/7 certificates) but the cutt of date of all these certificates is not same as i kept arranging these from them and the date of these various certificates range from May 31, 2014 to June 30, 2014. Will that affect my case/application as position of total assets/settlement funds is not on the single date and they may think that i have withdrawn the funds from one bank, arranged certificate and then placed the funds in another account to secure another certificate.

Just to add here that banks/investment companies have only written closing balance as of particular date of certificate issuance date?

I sat for ielts April 2013 where my passport number mentioned.Mentioned passport on Ielts test report has been expired.
so i applied for new passport,got that new passport and my new passport has previous passport number which is being shown on
Ielts test report form.So during application do i have to provide cover letter or not????

No there is no need as passport number is same
but if you get satisfaction with that then u can add

No..new indian passport does not contain old passport number...

new passport contains the details of old passport number on thr last page which contains address.

That is incorrect information. India has no national language, instead there are 22 official languages (including Hindi & Urdu) all of which are of equal status.
