I am little curious (being an IT guy) as to why the website itself is going down during this relocation period? Does your company host its web-server "onsite"? Very rare in India assuming its an SME. Just curious.

Yeah! That's what I was wondering about when I saw the website down. Apparently, their website is down for some legal reason, of which I'm not fully aware..
Do you think getting the Experience Letter in back date(when everything was working) would do the job here?

Its depend upon what stage your file is returned. If it is rejected due to incompletion (at very initial processing state) then complete package will be returned along with your fees. Otherwise NO.

Yes in case of incomplete file, do you know how long does it take will the file to reaches back(as per feedback from other user ).

So one could go either way in this case. Most likely what dawn said was right and you too alluded to it. CIC guys are experienced enough to figure that out when one submits passport copies and in your case I would suggest submitting the biodata pages for both passports, new as well as old since the older one's details are on your test results. Or actually they can get the earlier passport # from the new passport itself so no need to submit the earlier passport copy, I stand corrected.

But if one is afraid that what if they miss out on finding this one can very well write a cover note to explain the situation, but this is not mandatory. And where do you think one should put a cover note / cover letter in the application if one plans to include that? Again please think and tell us that please.

They will find the link since IELTS report card has your full name and most important of all your picture.

Do you work for corporate sector? One of my friend faced tis last year and what he did, the end thing is he will fly on 24th august to Vancouver, but only if you are in corporate sector and have access to email official.

1. when you get rejection u get them back.
2. when YOU GET VISA YOU GET IELTS, ECA BACK ONLI

and if you have an official e mail id you can ask a colleague o senior member to mail you the duties from his official id that's what my friend did!!

Could you please help me to fill the application as I have some basic question

My Wife is the main applicant . currently she is not working and as written in her Iqama she is not permitted to work

as per Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]. It ask about the current occupation : can I keept it balnk or add the NOC where she is applying for? Because she is not currently working, Will that impact our chances to get the file accept ?

In same form >> dependent type . I selected Type 1 Dependent as I have 3 years child. Is it rigth?

In same form >> current country of residence for status I selected others then accompanying the family... is that true ?

Dear All,
I have a question.please answer the question/

I sat for ielts April 2013,got test report where my passport number mentioned.Mentioned passport on Ielts test report has been expired.
so i applied for new passport,got that new passport and my new passport has previous passport number which is being shown on
Ielts test report form.So during application do i have to provide explanation letter or not?if i need to provide explanation letter then where will i place that letter???

an explanation letter wouldnt hurt... wont increase a pound for courier package or sum... will make cic officer work easy.. may win his favor..who knows.. you can place it beneath the copy of IELTS.. IMO

Check what the seniors have to suggest as well..
