If it came from your foreign account, it is not borrowed money. Why do you worry then ? Show them both the account information, along with the big transaction.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I don't live in that town any more. We migrated to a city about 15 years back and I don't even know any one there. In fact, I move to a different state altogether. Its next to impossible for me to get the same. Can you please suggest if there can be any other alternative for the birth certificate.

My friend has applied for Canada previously and got PR. He has suggested that I can use my passport copy for the same with a covering letter. Is there a change in rules recently regarding this?

passport is not acceptable for proof of birth...you can submit sec school certificate if it has
applicant name
dob
parents name
and/or affidavit as a proof of birth from parents side

Link must be saved. In this case, a new entry has to be created. Just make one, and save the link this time.

Admins will have to do the deletion (of current entry) for you. They will do it, because they are nice.

Hello Seniors,
I am 23 June applicant. I have sent my translated 'record not found' certificate in place of birth certificate. Question 1: will this be acceptable ? I have provided other proofs also like 10th class certificate and all other documents where DOB was mentioned.
Question 2: Later I realised my silly mistake that in translated document my first name is spelt as Lakwinder in place of Lakhwinder.
Can I send an updated translated document? I do not have UCI.
Please advise.

PER recieved: 7th August , 10:30 P.M. India time.

my details are there in the spread sheet but the app recieved date is wrongly mentioned as 5th May. Please help.

congrats ashishj..you can update your self by adding your data in ss..you can use required link in my signature panel...
all you need to after submitting your entire data save edit your response link for future...if you not saved then you have to re -enter your data again or request to admins to update...

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

If you forgot to save "Edit your response" link, please resubmit and save it for future update. You old duplicate entry will be removed.

If you have sent your application 8 ~ 10 weeks ago, then you can email at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca to get the status of your application. You will have to send them your Last name, First name, Date of Birth, Country of Birth, Passport number in order to know information.

If it is legitimate employment, it will be just fine for points. It doesn't matter that you work from home, are self-employed etc.

Thanks yes bro..it is legitimate I work on salary plus stock option so I have also been given certificate of my stocks at the end of the year. Can I show that as a proof too. I dont get pay stubs though.
