Can we trust on the number showed on the official CIC page? cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp?

you can trust it but it is severely outdated. It represents PERs issued to applicants whose applications were received by May 6th, possibly some May 7th.

Hi,

This is Abhijit Saran from New Delhi, India.

I am very much interested to move Canada, but have few queries, request to please help me out :

- I am B.Tech + MBA having 7+ years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management / CRM , I am willing to apply through FSW but cant as no NOC is there, can I apply for PR through any other source like work permit...

- My wife NOC is open - Human resources managers (0112), but she has not worked as HR Manager, rather she has worked as HR executive, almost same job duties as mentioned in NOC. Please suggest whether she can apply or not.

Please let me know how I can move to canada.

Thanks & Regards ,

Abhjiit Saran

For your first question (work permit thing), you should start a new separate thread.

Yes, your spouse can, if her job duties are/were the same as mentioned in the NOC code. And that she has at least 1 yr full-time experience, and can garner 67 points in total. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

Is notary necessary for providing settlement of funds on spouse name.

Is there any proof or link that settlement funds can be on spouse name

pl provide

thanks

U can show the proof of banker's confirmation letter with your spouse name. Notary is the assurance that your spouse is willing to provide the funds to you. Its an additional supporting documents for your POF.

If your wife's duties match roughly 60-70% of the NOC description (some say as little as 50%, but not sure), she's probably eligible. We'd need to know other information. Please read the Guide thoroughly to determine eligibility: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp

Why was it incomplete?

Buddy these docs are part of my new application i am preparing.
I have added Doc no 23, 24 & 25 as according to me incompleteness of 1st application could be because of absence of my name on my BC.

You are fine because you submitted ECA of the highest education credential.

Regards

Thanks. I hope it is the way most of us believe! Did any member this or last year submitted ECA with only master's degrees (excl. bachelor's degrees) and got PER?
