After PER two kind of file transfers take place .. electronic and physical. CIO does transfer applications fast .. It is just a matter of using a courier to send the packages.

It is the visa offices that are late to acknowledge this and update via email/ECAS

Buddy you have to make a entry urself and save the link ...if you dont then you have to request every time for update...

Dear Guys,

I have some concerns about the identity documents that will be submitted for me and spouse

1. My spouse's initials are not mentioned in her birth certificate, whereas her initials are mentioned in the National id (voters id) and our marriage certificate. Name is the same in all 3 documents. Will this be OK?
2. I don't have a birth certificate. Can I submit a notarized affidavit instead?
3. The spelling of my father's name, Wife's father's name and wife's mother's name are different in some of the above said documents. Will this be an issue?
In fact, my late dad's name is spelled differently in two parts of my marriage certificate :-[

You can submit sec school certificate as a proof of birth if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name
And/ or affidavit as a proof of birth...

An affidavit will solve all your issues of name
so many mistakes....
I think the person who issued certificates were drunk
