Dear Admins..

Really appreciate if you could update 2 new reported PERs in our spreadsheet (for ndj & Suzuki) .. :):)

Thanks in advance..

I got a negative evaluation . They rejected citing missing masters degree evidence from WES. I did not have the masters degree evidence from WES at the time of application. Do you know if I can petition ? I do have the masters degree evidence from WES now. They also stated that they would not refund my fees.

There is only one k_b with charge date 12th June and PER date 31st July. ;D ;D

@ Century Bro can you check if the duplicate entry against my name has been removed or not!! Am @ office and not able to access SS.
keep the one with 12 June as CC charge date. All other fields are same in both entries.

Hi, sorry to hear this.

Do you mean you got negative evaluation , because WES did not assess your MASTERS as a Canadian Equivalent Masters?

@ Bloom,

"If you are going to submit it on the 3rd week of Aug" for 1112.. chances would be slim (IMO)
Since you're yet to complete your Application... pls re-visit your last 10 year's work history and see if you have atleast 1 yr work exp. in any other / related NOC like (0111/ 1113/1114 etc)... it will be better to Apply in safe mode 8)

Good luck !

Thank you for the reply. Ive already check the other NOCs you have mentioned unfortunately, all my job description points to NOC 1112. i Will try to take a look at the spreadsheet. I guess we should manage our expectations when it comes to our chances.

Did you mention with your application that you were claiming points for Bachelors only?

I never said one can score more than 25. The complete list is shown here at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/ECA_table_EN.pdf

I just tried to explain what happens in case of multiple (unrelated) credentials. Which is, that one can get one extra point (22 instead of 21).

Regards
Who can qualify for 22 points is written in the table you gave link to. Your explanation resembles information from that table very little (if at all).

Thanks LittleOwl !

"Simplistic" for CIO.. is exactly the point. ECA is not their forte' and WES has already spent 3+ weeks doing the Assessment of your Credentials (for which you have paid ~ 200$ !!) and come up with Summary so that CIO can 'simply" award the Edu points rather than reinventing the wheel themselves. Damn sure if CIO starts Analyzing ECA report or Degree/Transcripts nobody is getting PER even in 45 days..... Go back in history and check Processing times in FSW 2011... may be Oscar will have an idea when ECA was not there. I will search and post last year's Press release.

More Imp... you mentioned possessing three credentials.. so you're an ideal example for such situation. Could you pls let us know what is mentioned in the top of your report "Canadian Equivalence Summary" ??

Haven't you been reading my post? I said my report was exactly the same, that is — I have the same summary.

Now, can you please explain me, what is the grounds for your assumption that CIC looks not at the whole report (which lists three credentials very clearly) but on first two lines only?
