Can anyone check the spreadsheet and give an estimate when NOC 2171 would get filled this year?

I am in office right now and am unable to access the spreadsheet. Tried opening it in my phone but couldn't.

Why did you choose Beirut as your Visa office. Visa office for Western Sahara is Rabat. Your application will be processed at Rabat, refer the link here.

Yes, this is the same one i meant. But now since you mention that the information is copied from this site, i understand. How true is this information given that other people may not be conversant with this site and thus may not update? But it is good to know that processing is still going on. I guess i will have to pretend i have forgotten all about it and keep waiting and praying. Thanks brother.

Ok...to avoid confusion, if you want to refer to an official source, aka CIC site, you should use this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp. The information you see in CanadaVisa.com is actual copied from the link I gave you. It is possessed by David Cohen just like this forum . When you refer to spreadsheet, people (like me) understand that you are referring to the Google spreadsheet which is managed by our seniors here.

I'm writing for my friend. For ECA, his university is not ready to sign on academic transcript request form and put along with transcript in the sealed envelope. They told they can send the transcript directly to WES. Is it mandatory to send academic transcript request form also to WES ?

my consultant told me to do it with Blue pen, so it will look original.

No it's not mandatory. That form is required by some universities (NOT WES) for your consent in order to comply with data privacy laws.

ECAS update: 27th June

Oscar:
DD Encashed: 20th June
ECAS update: 24th June

Based on the above scenario, you can say, ECAS update is not FIFO bases - rather it is random.

So get chilled. No updating of ECAS does not meant your application has been rejected.

Such reason for rejection has never occurred in the SS.
