Guys do i need to submit together with my application a COMPLETE compilation of my work contracts? I lost a copy of one of my contracts from my previous employer. Will it affect my application? Thank you.

Employment Contracts are considered to be 'Supporting Documents'.

The first thing CIC expects from you is a Letter of Reference. If you have it, and it contains all the required details, unavailability of the Employment Contract will not present a critical issue.

Contracts and pay stubs are indicated as supplementary documents in the manual. Reference letters on contrary are mandatory for processing your application.

Hi seniors.
I am applying under 1114 I have working experience in banks and investment companies. I have all experience certificates but none of them specify the working hours. My employers are not providing me any letter mentioning job hours.Though all jobs were full time jobs.

Will those experience certificates along with appointment letters pay slips will be sufficient or not. If not What options do I have

Not correct!

You are right about it being mentioned on the document checklist , but may be you didn't notice, it has been cited as a "supporting document", which the applicant "may" include in the package.

Correct, and sending additional documents unnecessarily at this point would be a bad idea as it will move you back in the queue.

So your Employment Contracts AND Reference Letters from ALL your previous Companies have everything but a mention of you being a 'full-time' employee or your working hours ?

........DUAL LANGUAGE DOCUMENTS........
hi friends.....I am sending my 10th class certificate as birth proof. But that document is in Punjabi as well as English....let me explain it by below example :

***********************************************************************************
Name/(Punabi word for name) - ABCD/(name in Punjabi)
Fathers Name(in Punjabi) - XYZ/(name in Punjabi)
***********************************************************************************

I think its fine as the informatin is also in English. I want to be 100 % sure..do i need t get it translated in English only ? or will this dual one do the trick ? :o

If everything on it in Punjabi is also on it in English then you are fine.

keep the hopes alive ... estimates are only estimates ... and also there would hv been less apps received after first 15 days of may.... so hopefully it would be faster.

Thank u very much for that info. Actually in my letter of reference it already contains all the required details including the date of my employment until the end of my contract with with. I was just worried that it might affect my application. One thing more in my reference letter it does not contain my duties and responsilibities in my work. So what i did is that i attached in my reference letter a copy of my job description stating all my duties and responsibilities in all positions i handled. Will that be ok?

Since you have already provided a valid PCC , I don't see any reason why they would ask for the same again.

If the PCC is already a year old then when it gets to the local VO stage they will probably ask for an updated PCC from at least the place(s) he's been living for the past year.
