Hello seniors, I need your help.

I am a may 7th guy, and cc was charged on June 30th. I have 4 work experiences, and the corresponding occupations are Java Programmer, Software Programmer, Computer Programmer, Computer Programmer respectively and each NOC is 2174. In the form of IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3, I wrote Computer Programmer as my primary occupation as all of the occupations belong to Computer Programmer in my mind. I just realized the period of the last 2 work experience is less than one year. Will my application be rejected?

If they are all 2174, then as long as any of them was at least one year, you're fine.

Guyz, quick question. If a person has two IELTS certificates, say, W5 R7 L8 S7 and W6 R7 L7.5 S5.5 - can this person apply with both those certificates? (For me, it is obvious that no, they can't... however, the question has aroused whether it's possible - does anyone know of rejections or any evidence?) Thanks!

only experience more than a year is counted while evaluated......how much experience you have and how many points you have calculated for experience...

Not true. You must have a minimum of one year full time experience in your primary NOC, but experience shorter than a year can accumulate for the purpose of points calculation. 6 jobs of 10 months each is 60 months or 5 years of experience.

According to CIC's guidance and the experience of the forum, you should be fine.

Rohan's case is as yet unexplained. It may be a CIC error or some unknown reason.

I have 4 years work experience and I need 11 points for work experience.

What I am concerned about is if the primary occupation name should be the same as one of my occupations.
In other words, if my occupation is software programmer, can I use computer programmer as my primary occupation as the duties are the same.

The name of the position is not important, the duties matching is what matters.

Don't worry,he's not offended.
It's a constructive improvement inputs for everybody which should not cause any stare in the house.
One thing is sure,FSW 2014/2014 spreadsheet is going to get better.......that's the commitment of the Admins nd you can bet this is realistically been done.

They will consider only the latest test. In your case you have to take test again as non of your test is eligible for Fsw

You have to submit ONE IELTS Score Sheet only.

IELTS scores for FSW are not calculated on a Combination of 2 or more score sheets.

Hello,
I re-send my application on August 1, 2014 after I filled wrong Application fee ( CAD 500 instead of 550..That was stupid of me..)..

Any chance I will make it ? It is NOC 1112. My first application was recieved May 13, 2014 and They returned it Back to me the day before yesterday.

Is there anyway they consider to give a priority because it was a minor mistake ?

Unfortunately you'll be with the applicants from the day your new application arrives, you can't get back to May 13. Good luck.

A May 13 app returned means CIC is starting to open May 13 apps.
